I Have 468 Megabytes And The Game I Want Is 2.0 Gigabytes Do I Have Enough Space

Is 4gb ram enough for gaming if I have a 2gb graphic card?

If you want to play games like CODAW, GTA V, Batman Arkham Knight, then sadly, 4 GB RAM is not enough. I have the same specs, and every time I load them, there’s this low virtual memory problem. The minimum requirement for these games is 8GB. So the only option left is to upgrade. But on the bright side, you can play the following:Crysis 3Far Cry 4/3 etc.PES 15FIFA 15All NFS games.Maybe GTA IVCOD GhostsAmazing Spider-Man 2Battlefield 4Fallout 4and so on.Happy Gaming!

What is the difference between a 150mbps and 300mbps router?

Many people spend extra money for the faster router thinking that it will increase the internet speed. Unfortunately, it is completely wrong. The router speed is a mere indication of router capability of transmitting the data. It does not mean faster internet speed. The internet speed is limited by the ISP provider. More precisely the internet service provider, your selected package and FUP limit in case you haveThe faster router will help boost the speed of sharing the data in the internal network, called as LAN. Say one of your family member or friend wants to share a movie on a router. You don’t need internet for that. You can share it over the router network. So this sharing speed depends on the router speed capability 150 Mbps or 300 Mbps? 300 Mbps router can share the data twice faster than 150 Mbps router. That simple. In another perspective, we can say router speed is the speed between router and computer and not internet speed.I currently use TP-LINK Archer C9With the TP-LINK Archer C9 AC1900 Dual Band Wireless AC Gigabit Router, 2.4GHz 600Mbps+5Ghz 1300Mbps, 1 USB 2.0 Port & 1 USB 3.0 Port, IPv6, Guest Network , you are gurantee that you have made a greater selection.Source: Best Wireless Routers 2017

How long does it take to back up a laptop with about 500GB of files?

The two major variables are the bandwidth available and the type of files. If the backup drive is on WiFi and your moving small files such as photos it could indeed take a few days.If the drive is connected physical and you moving large files such as videos it should only take minutes up to a few hours.Without knowledge of all the types of files the method used to connect the backup device and the protocol used I can not give any real time frame to move 500 GB.If you laptop has USB3 you can expect ~100 MB/sec or ~85 MinsUSB2 you can expect ~30 MB/sec or ~284 MinsWiFI is not predicable enough for me to speculate. But this assumes your laptops internal drive will be able to provide that data rate.Once you have backed up your movies you would need to delete them from the original location then clone the drive. To clone the drive free tools such as Partition Manager for Windows provides this function. This will wipe the target drive and make it just like the source drive.

Is 257.51 Mbps a fast internet speed?

It is all relative. To most that would be considered very fast.In areas like mine where Gigabit Internet is readily available, I can exceed those speeds on my cell phone’s WiFi connection.ETHERNETWi-Fi to SmartphoneThat being said,250 Mbps is faster than 99% of most current residential Internet service plans.Enjoy the speed.Good Luck …

How much of the internet data is consumed by 1 GB of movie download?

Well its a very good question indeed, so the answer is that it's not exactly 1 GB (1024 MB). It is slightly higher than 1 GB but comparatively its negligible. So much extra ??Well that depends on the source of your download. If you are downloading from a centralized network connection with no mirrors then the extra data to download a 1 GB movie will be around  5 MB. If you download it from many mirrors then the extra data may increase to 10 MB. Well if you are downloading from a Peer-to-Peer network such as Torrents, then the extra data for a 1 GB movie download may be around 20 MB (depends on the number of seeders), which is   again negligible as compared to 1 GB. Well the extra data are a summation of acknowledgements, queries, corrupt packets etc.Note : All the numbers are an approximation.Edit : The extra data may increase if you have peers from a anti-p2p network , in this case the wasted data increases exponentially. I have seen users complaining of hashfails upto 3 GB for a 10 GB file.

What will happen if we use more than 4GB of memory in a 32-bit system? Will the system be able to use more than 4GB? Under what conditions can a system have more than 4GB of memory?

There are two aspects of your system to consider here: Physical memory and virtual memory. I'll cover both.Physical memory: A 32-bit system generally cannot physically address more than 4GB of RAM ([math]2^{32}[/math]). Systems, however, have adopted extensions that allow a 32-bit processor to physically access more than 4GB of RAM. This is generally implemented via page table hacks. The x86 architecture, for example, supports a feature called Physical Address Extension (PAE) that (in its most common form) extends physically-addressable memory to 64GB ([math]2^{36}[/math]). PAE is quite common. If your system supports it, you can have more than 4GB of RAM. Otherwise you are stuck at 4GB.Virtual memory: A 32-bit process cannot address more than 4GB of virtual memory absent segmentation or nonlinear address spaces. Given that modern operating systems employ non-segmented, flat address spaces, you are stuck with <=4GB of process address space. Indeed, if you could flat-address n-bits of address space, I'd say you had an n-, not 32-, bit system.

Is is worth to manually increase virtual memory on my laptop if it was set on automatic and was some abut 3,000 MB I set to 10,000 to 14,000 MB I have 4 GB RAM and Windows 8.1 on my laptop?

Exhausting real memory on any computer is a problem. The question is how to deal with the problem. I am not specifically familiar with how Windows handles the problem, but it is similar in all OSes.If there is more virtual memory than a non-active program segment, the system can force that segment to be unmapped (no longer immediately usable) so that another program (process) segment can be brought into memory and executed. This is a simplification of what is happening, but gives the basics. If you don’t have at least as much virtual memory as required by all the tasks you want to run at one time, the system will not be able to manage the over use of real memory. If you are running the computer in a state like this, things will be very slow as the system brings pages into memory and swaps other pages out. The system may continue to run, but very little will get accomplished (known as thrashing).I am not familiar with how Windows handles memory exhaustion but the choices are killing off something that is running or rebooting the system (referred to as a panic in the Unix/Linux world). If the problem is transient then enough virtual memory can get you by without a crash. If the problem is endemic to the way you work, you need more real memory.Think of virtual memory like sand bags in a storm, if you need them repeatedly you need to move to higher ground (larger memory).
