I Have 5 Unpaid Item Strikes From Ebay. Can I Create A New Account

I've committed to buy item on eBay that doesn't ship to my country and now I can't pay. It asks me to change the country. What should I do? How can I cancel my order?

I’m writing this down for anyone who has international shipping problems. Everything has a solution. If a seller does not ship to your country there are companies trying to solve this problem. Those are mostly called as “package forwarding services”. Shippn is one of them which offers forwarding service in various countries. The reason for specifying this website is that you can find many people and small businesses that can pick up the product and send it back to you. It’s like all in one, choose whoever you want.

Why is my ebay account suspended?

being suspended means you didnt pay for more then 1 item, you got about 3 unpaid bidder strikes on you.

now that you have 3, you have been banned, but you have to contact the people you bought from and didnt pay. one of them holds the key to you getting back onto ebay. once you have resolved an issue, the seller can retract the unpaid bidder strike and you will get your account back.

the seller that you have just paid, you should email them and inform them that you have paid, and could they please remove the unpaid bidder strike.

because they have filed this, they have either relisted the item, or sold it already. meaning that even though you have paid, you may not get your account back, they might just refund your money and then you still banned.

if you are still banned, there is only 1 other way, when you get a new card or your current one expires, you will have to open a new paypal account, a new email address and use that for ebay.

PAY WHEN YOU HAVE WON SOMETHING! other people want the thing that you were bidding on, and not even paying for it once you won it, means not only a sad seller, but people who wanted the item not getting it, and then you potentially loosing your account like you have found out.

I have 5 unpaid item strikes from Ebay. Can I create a new account?

It will not do you and other members any good if you keep thinking the same way about E Bay (Bidding, buying, paying and F**k them)

You can change the Id, E mail address and start a "New life" on E bay but remember this: E bay is similar to rear life: Credit! People will look at that to do business with you. A seller has the right to refuse selling to you the item you've bid and won or will require a secured form of payment or hold off shipping the goods to you until the payment is cleared due to "Lack of credit"

Look at all of the Stars and different colors.. Please spend sometime and researching, reading the E bay policies, rules and procedures... It's serious business..

Just like in rear life, you can not buy more or great thing if you don't have money or credit is denied..if you keep changing Id or e mail address..

Ebay unpaid item case!! Best Answer!!!?

You bid, you win, you pay. The seller in turn pays listing fees and a final value fee because he had a winner.

Now you refuse to pay. The seller cannot get his listing fees back, but can file a non-pay dispute. (Gee, I guess it never occured to you to reimburse the seller the money they are out.)

In the best possible world, you cannot bid for 2 weeks at all due to bidding restrictions. In the next best world, the seller filters are all set to prevent you from bidding on their auctions for a month. (Mine are definitely set.)

if you get several non-pay strikes, you get kicked off of eBay forever.

After all, if you aren't going to pay, you certainly shouldn't be allowed to bid.

EBAY email alerts on new items arrivals?

Is there an option on ebay where you can suscribe to email alerts when a new item has arrived?

Where you can write for example: "charlotte russe white pants" and you get an email alert when an item that contains those words has arrived.
Help would be appreciated thanx.

Do you get charged a fee if you end an eBay item that already has bids?

You don’t get charged a fee that I’m aware of, but it is heavily frowned upon. You can get a bad reputation quickly and when you list an item iyou can cancel without any problem before a buyer placed a bid. But once there’s s bid is considered a contract or agreement and eBay can take away your ability to sell if you do it repeatedly. I have heard it’s better to just take the hit if it’s not getting the bids you hoped for. I no longer list low and hope for a high smoubt of bids as most people “snipe” and wait till the very end to bid and there is even software that does it for you. That prevents the price from rising during the run of the listing so buyers get things cheap. I just list at the lowest price I’m will to accept now. If it’s an item you have a sentimental attachment to then maybe it’s worth the negative strike against you. They warn you of it even when there are no bids but I have canceled plenty of those without a problem. I don’t think you get a financial penalty except you will still be out the listing fee. That won’t come back. You can revise the listing and price until you have a bid or until there is less than 12 hours till the auction ends. Once there’s a bid you can change a few things but not the price or other things that are promised.

What do you do if you don't receive payment for an item you've sold on Ebay?

After 48 hours (96 if you are not based in the US) you go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of any eBay page and open an Unpaid Item Dispute. The customer then has 96 hours to pay.If he does, you ship and leave polite or no feedback. If he does not pay , you get your selling fees back and can relist safely. He gets a Strike on his buying account which will make it more difficult to bid or buy on eBay in future, and cannot leave feedback.Now.To prevent Unpaid Items, use Fixed Price rather than Auction listings. If you must use Auction, add a Buy It Now price. This stops the nitwit who bids and then forgets about his bid. With Fixed Price you can also add Immediate Payment Required, which means the listing stays active until someone actually pays for the item. And go to your Seller Preferences/Buyer Requirments and add an automatic Block against bidders with Strikes.Note that as of April 1/2019, Fixed Price listings last for 30 days and then relist automatically. There is a fee on the relist.

What happens if you bid on ebay and then decide not to buy the item?

Hi,

What others pointed out - about sellers giving you bad feedback - is WRONG.

For quite some time sellers can't leave negative feedback to buyers anymore.

This means actually the only thing you can be concerned about it - the Unpaid Item Strike.

I'm an eBay seller too, and creating my listings I set limitations to certain buyers - and the criterion is those having received Unpaid Item Strike....

So better get in touch with the seller, and settle it without a hassle!

Buyer on Ebay not paying for item? Help!?

Hello everyone, I would start of by saying this is my first time selling an item on ebay, I have about 98 feedback with 100% as all are positive. I recently listed my old iPhone 4, the listing fee was free for me as I got a 10 free listings email from ebay i activated with my account. I had a price for buy it now and a best offer option on this iphone. The next day I got an offer at about 2am which was 12am where I was, as there's a 3 hour difference. In the morning right when I got up accepted the offer the buyer had for my phone which was my time at 7am (also it was today). I went throughout the day without receiving a payment so I won't ship it until I receive a payment, however I never got a response when I kindly reached out to the buyer. I noticed on his feedback he also the same day purchased another iphone for the same price instead from another seller. Since he has a low score, I suggest he's not a retailer and all his purchases are small so I believe he bought the iphone before 7am my time and I also accepted his offer, so he might not want to pay for mine anymore since he bought another iphone from another seller. My question is, if after 3 days I still haven't received a payment what are my options with this listing? As I know I'll just put it back to relist. Do I file a claim that he didn't pay after a few days. I'm believing at this point that he offered on my phone early in the morning, also bought another iphone a few hours later, bought a case for it as I seen on his feedback but has not replied to my messages, and still has been making purchases with feedback that say "amazing buyer, fast immediate payment" the same hours he bought my phone. I'm just wondering what I should do after a few days have passed and he hasn't paid?
