Which business idea should I start?
The board room idea is not bad, although I would be worried that you pay costs even for the down time. I would suggest you try to maximize the uses. When you have not got board meetings do wedding receptions, private parties, seminars, anything that will use all your facilities. This could go into weekend use as well. Do not get tied up in the side lines like catering and cleaning, sub it all out. Create an identity, a mark if you like so that your parties/ your place is recognized . If it works you are not tied up and you can open the second. 50% of ten businesses is better than 100% of one!
I don't have any business ideas to start my business, but at the same time I don't even want to do a job. What should I do?

Ideas for small business under $100 start up?
The internet is a great place to advertise and market a service or product. But, what if we wanted to consider reaching those without internet - there are still a few. I was hoping to hear success stories about the person that did not have to rely on this market so much. I did not want to get invited to mass marketing sales, I could do that just about anywhere online. Any other ideas.
Low start up cost business ideas?
There are are a lot of different industries that you can do business in with low start up costs. I suggest you take a look at home based businesses. Most home based business cost under $500 to start. You have the same income opportunity as a traditional business without all the over head expenses. Most everything in your home that you use daily like your electricity, phone, computer, cellular phone and car expenses are tax write off's too. Several different industries out there that you can have your own business within a business and run it out of your home. If you do a traditional business then the start up cost will be extremely high.

My best adavice to you would be to research everything. I am a stay at home mom now as well, only because I did my research. I started my business in November and quit my fulltime job in April. Yes it cost you to start up but you make all that back in 2 parties. How do I patent my idea / start my own business?
Ideas can not be patented/copyrighted. There is no one solution to 'how starting your business' questions, however, a good starting point would be writing a business plan. Also, you should run through a feasability study or marketing plan to see if the business would be profitable.. no matter how good your idea is, if it doesn't make money... you get the point. Then pick a business type inc, llc, partnership, etc. Then start selling the product.
