Job interview at Michael's Craft Store tomorrow?
So I applied for Michael's last week and I got a call back! My interview is tomorrow. I've been to interviews before (I have a current job at the movies), but what should I expect at this interview? Anyone who has worked there, could you give me some pointers or things to expect? What do they ask? Thanks Kassie<3
I scheduled 2 job interviews for the same time! HELP!?
I have been overseas for 3 months, and have been sending resumes from here for the last several weeks bc I expected it to take a long time to get responses. 2 companies wrote back wanting to interview me- and then I got stuck! I told them I am overseas and will be returning in 2 weeks, and they both told me to call right before I come back so we can see if the position is still available. Anyway, I called 1 job.. and they want to interview me at 2:30 on Wednesday.. I said "great!"..then I called the 2nd, and they want to interview me at 2pm on Wednesday! I just realized I prefer the 2nd job over the first, so if I have to cancel an interview, I would rather it be the 2:30pm interview. The 2nd job that wants to interview me said that the position is almost filled and that is the only time they can do. I know I handled this completely wrong, and I have no idea what to do. I know I want to call the 1st company with the 2:30pm appointment, but I want to see if I can change the time or the day if possible. I made a bad impression by sending the resume too early while I was still overseas, and I am terrified to call and ask to change the time. What do you think I should tell them on the phone?
Tips on a jamba juice interview tomorrow?
wear something nice, but nothing to professional looking, like a nice shirt and a pair of khaki's or something. speak clearly and be sure to make eye contact the entire time. they will probably ask questions like why you want to work for them, why you like their company, they'll give you scenarios probably and ask you how you would handle them, what products you like of theirs, etc. just remember to act like yourself and be confident. confidence is key remember. don't say ANYTHING negative, like talking bad about a previous job(s), people, etc.

My first job interview at Little Caesars?
basic interview questions.... tell me a little about yourself. why do you want to work here. do you have cash register/telephone/making pizzas/delivering (w.e. your position does) experience? why should i hire you? have u ever had a conflict with another person.... if so how did u resolve it? strengths? weaknesses? that kinda stuff... if this is your first interview, don't be too worried!!! it's not like you are interviewing for a top exec position for a large corporation. it's just a pizza place. they just want to make sure u can do the job. i worked for pizza world in stl once and it was prob. one of the easiest interviews i ever had.... they weren't so worried about professionalism as some places are (however, do try to look nice for the interview still). show confidence and let them know you will be the best one for the job.
