As a software engineer/ programmer do you need very cosy chairs to sit on while working, or does any chair work for you?
I spent the last 20 years of my career as a software developer/team lead. I probably spent 60% of my time at the computer. Fairly early in that cycle, my company was sold on a bunch of high dollar “ergonomic” office chairs. They were infinately adjustable. Read that, “they were always set wrong.” I hated them. I have horrible working posture, practically lying in the chair. I could never get comfortable in the high dollar chairs, and was always adjusting them. After a few years the high cost of maintaining these chairs and the constant whining from the engineers, finally cooled management’s zeal, and if we bugged them enough we were issued “real chairs” on an individual basis. After the wave of chair stealing, management just gave up and all the fancy ones got warehoused. Finally, we were comfortable and could concentrate on our work. Some folks like weird chairs. I knew one developer that used a “chair” where her knees were tucked under the “seat”, forceing her into a sort of “Z” position. Most of her weight seemed to be supported by her legs. She loved it. I tried it and almost fell out of it. To each his/her own.On a related subject: For years, I had serious muscle tension headaches starting in my shoulders and neck. One of my doctors suggested changing mouse hands occasionally. I worked at home a lot, so I set my work PC mouse up “left handed” by reversing the mouse buttons - leaving my home mouse right handed. It took about 2 weeks to get used to this, but since the same fingers did the selects, etc., it finally became natural. The headaches went away almost immediately. Plus the joy of seeing the Tech Support guys struggle to use my mouse at work. :-)

How do I pass engineering mechanics?
You are asking for getting pass in engineering mechanics. I think if you'll give a little more effort then you can score remarkably good marks.Ive done engineering 5 years back. At that time only books were available, but today some more advance medium is available. One of them is utube videos. I've sorted one video for you that will definitely work. Have a look.
