I Have A Question About My Dream

Okay, so I have a question for all of the dream experts out there. Lately, I have been having a lot of dreams that all end with me having a mental breakdown. What does this mean?

Dreams are usually thought to be a form of emotional working through or completion of unresolved emotionally laden thoughts. However it is not thought that the content (in your case mental breakdown) is of direct relevance. If you are worried about the content of any dream you can reduce likelihood of having such as dream over and over again by use of imaginal exposure therapy.Simply pick a time when you feel safe and comfortable and a private space. Put on some nice music and then close your eyes and relive the dream and the dream content as best you can focussing on the most difficult aspect of it. Keep focussing on it without trying to do anything, and observe how you feel, where you feel it in your body, how the content changes or stays the same. Continue this for 15 minutes or until you can no longer concentrate on reliving the dream. Then go off and do something completely different like watch a film, or play a game, or go for a walk. Repeat two are three times a week until you no longer have this particular dream.

Question to women about dreams.?

My fiance has this dream... She dreamed about this woman that she does this bi/lesbian thing with he (while she quaperates) while I watch then she the other woman leave then I have the sex with her. Now that she told me this dream I hav been dreaming about her (wich is extremelly gorgius and my fiance) with another woman.... I don't know why either... I am extremely attracted to my fiance, yet I find her with another woman + me even more attractive.

Air Force Dream sheet question?

You should fill out the "Dream Sheet" as completely as possible. This affords you the opportunity to at least have some input as to where you go. Yes, the AF must meet it's mission first, but if it can match up a volunteer for a needed assignment, they will match you up.

The chances of going overseas are about as good as anyone elses. They need all paygrades and skill levels to fill slots overseas also.

Fill in where you want to go and hope for the best. Make the best of where ever you go.

Good Luck and thank you for considering serving in the Air Force.

How come I know answers to questions in my dreams which I have no prior knowledge of whatsoever?

The American 20th century mystic, Edgar Cayce, once remarked that “Dreams are today’s answers to tomorrow’s questions.” Recently, this notion of dreams forecasting possible future problems in one’s life has seen a revival of sorts.According to the psychologist and dream expert, Dr. Sue Llewellyn, in a recent piece for Aeon, “we are better at making non-obvious…associations after REM sleep because our brains are primed during that sleep – by our dreams – to spot non-obvious, probabilistic patterns of experience and events.” From this vantage point, dreams may be thought of as messages to the self about what could be important to pay attention to in the future, based on identification of patterns in prior events.Preliminary evidence showing a link between dream content and the onset of disease provides some support for this notion. For example, women with breast cancer have described having “warning dreams” prior to their diagnosis. These dreams are described as conveying a strong feeling of threat, menace, or dread in a particularly vivid way, often involving the specific words “cancer” or “breast” or a sense of physical contact with that part of the body.Visit Lifespark for more on the meaning of dreams.

GUY QUESTION : What would your dream girl look like?

I like a girl with a really cute face, beautiful smile, long flowing hair shoulder length or longer. Her ethnic background would not matter to me.She would wear a dress or a skirt and sit like a lady. Her manner of dress/clothes would be modest.

My dream girl would be ladylike and demure (yet be able to speak her mind as well) she would always cover her mouth when she yawns (of course dainty delicate yawns) like a lady with the palm of her hand, whether she's in public or private with no one around.

She wouldn't swear or cuss or try to act like she's trying to prove herself. She wouldn't be the type to smoke, have tattoos or body piercing. She wouln't wear much make up because she would be a natural beauty, inside and outside.

She would be patient, kind, loving and give good sound advice as well as be a good listener. She would have to love kids of course.

Guess I'm old fashioned eh?

Do I have to give up my dream?

Don't give up! Believe it or not, it's never too late. You never know when your luck can change and you find that your dream has become reality.I won't lie, few people reach their so-called 'dreams' but that doesn't mean you should stop. In the end, you may not get that dream job you always wanted or become famous like you always wanted, but you'll realize something more. You'll realize that although you've been chasing this dream, you have found yourself in a dreamlike reality all of its own. By following your dream, you'll find the things that really mean the most to you. Your hard work will pay of in the end. Remember that last part though. END. You'll find hardship and impossibles and all the things you hate right in the middle of your journey, but don't stop there! You can only gain the reward by fighting your way through that hardship.Don't give up, no matter WHAT people say. I believe in fate, but I also believe you can change it. If your fated to success, amazing. But if your fated to fail, change it.

If I get my dream offer, should I still negotiate?

Always, always negotiate. Negotiating now puts you in a better position to negotiate in the future, and it generally gets you treated better at the job. This is especially true at large companies. Negotiating early tends to get you treated as higher status. You can ask for things like:-A salary increase-Extra vacation time-Time & budget to attend conferences-A training budget-The right to renegotiate compensating in 6 months depending on your performanceAnd so on. In general, the worst case scenario is that they'll say no to increasing the offer but will still hire you, and the best case scenario is that you'll get a bunch of perks and have more opportunities for advancement in the future.
