Usually given to the student to look through, study and pull notes from. The workbook is usually okay to write in and is used as an adjunct to the "student book" to help the student answer questions and retain the information in the student book.

Are FIITJEE classroom study packages enough for getting a rank less than 5000 in JEE advanced?
See Siddhant the package of FIITJEE is great, no doubt. Students of FIITJEE secure good ranks in JEE. And there are students who don’t even quality for JEE Advanced after studying from FIITJEE.It all depends upon student performance. How well you prepare from the package. Suppose there are 10 question in one practice set of FIITJEE and you are not able to solve even one question by your own then its quite hard to secure good rank.And if you know your mistakes and learn from them and practice hard then surely you will get a rank below 5000. So don’t doubt about the package rather focus on self study.Between i would suggest you not to worry about the rank. Your work is to work hard, result is not in your hand.
Is Made Easy notes and workbook and 20 years questions enough to clear GATE?
"Clear Gate" Is that only your aim. Then you don't need that just go through all the formula of your subjects and you will get cut off marks. If you really wanna get decent rank to get in a PSU then;Either do self study with good material i.e standard books and solve lots of problems.If you think you can't do that and have got a year then I would suggest very to join any coaching, it will take care of study materials, concept building and problem solving but again many students are doing the same so you have to be a step ahead to get selected I mean you have to be very serious. Now let's come to your question if you have only hand written notes and solve questions i.e 24 years gate than it will not be that sufficient if your concepts are not very clear as notes will not be very helpful in concept building but the words of the faculty in real classroom do. For those you have already build up good concept about their subjects but they don't have enough time for going through standard books then Made easy classroom notes & 24 years previous year gate questions will be helpful. I have bought Made Easy postal study course in year 2016–17.so, Let me break down its pros and cons from my experience.Pros:The material is so compact that you will feel that GATE is so easy, So the effect is higher confidenceWhat I observed from their material is generally, everything is copied from some standard textbooks, So you can feel confident that you are reading important points from textbooks.They will give separate books for theory and practiceThey started offering free test series from June-2016 on top of postal study course.Their ‘Engineering Mathematics’ and ‘Previous year questions’ books will surely help you in last months.Cons:The high compactness of their material often leaves some very important topics, until you face them in test series/actual exam. Hi, no coaching materials Wil help you! Neither they have enough theory nor they give proper insight on exm and it's pattern. Somehow coaching classes will help you if you are not good at basics. Best way to prepare is "start problem solving" yes directly go for solving problems. In market you get solved question papers (try to get completely solved one in detail , instead of just key answers or just a one line answers) I suggest you to buy engineers zone publication book. Try to solve and get the concepts clearly.One thing you understand by doing this is "concepts are repeating but not the problem" so if u master the concepts u can hit where it hurts! Try to make your own notes to "analyse" the concepts. Try to understand it rather than mugging it. If u start to analyze n can apply those concepts independently, rest assured u Wil crack gate exm with flying colors.! You can get a hand book (formula book) from made easy /arihant publication. Try to revise them as much as you can along with ur own notes Once you complete old question papers (subject wise) then go for actual questions papers and solve one buy one (around 25 yrs question papers) so u Wil get real gate experience.Now buy any question bank / practice paper to solve more problems (again I suggest you to buy completely solved books). My suggestion here is to buy "gate topper" book, subject wise.it's available in flipkart. If u can solve 50 problems per day, approximately u will finish 8k-10k problems before ur gate exm!!! from December - Feb attend some online mock test. You are done with preparation. If u can do all this with dedication.. No one can stop u to open the "gate"If u still didn't get the topics clear, refer ur academic books.Revise ur notes and practice. read n practice. Talk to other students and see what they think. If it is just you, then do the best you can with the work. If many students have a problem, arrange to talk to him together. If you go to the department on your own it will sound like sour grapes because you are failing the course.
Is the FIITJEE study material enough to crack the IIT- JEE?
I don't think that FIITJEE study materials are enough but in my views they are more than enough. If you are able to solve each and every question of the package of all five phases including RTPF, GMP, AITS papers ,then you can definitely clear the JEE with flying colours. I’m pretty sure that only handful of people might be able to cover all the provided materials by these premier institutes.The most prominent question infront of us is that whether we will be able to solve the questions effectively. One more issue is that if you will be unable to solve problems then you may feel frustated and you may lose the desire and give up .I shall share my experience while I was in FIITJEE institute my faculty once told me that you should not depend on the package for theory part rather you should study books and package is only a set of good questions.
