I Have A Skinny Upper Body But A Fat Lower Body

Skinny upper body, fat lower body?

BEYONCE IS THAT YOU?!

haha no but seriously i have a similar problem. I doubt they're fat. If you can see your ribs, it seems proportionally impossible that you have a skinny body then fat thighs and skinny legs. Your problem is probably you just want to tone those two areas, and everything else is good. I'm exactly the same there.

Do sit-ups before bed to shrink your stomach :) Kim Kardashian does 250 each night. Start with 50 and work your way up. It took me a month and i'm on 500 a night

Check out this girl on Youtube:

^ Thats an inner-thigh toning video. It's not that hard after the first few goes. She has a whole channel of fun work outs. I hate working out, but it's funny because the girl is so happy all the time, even though she's in so much pain! :P

Hope those videos help you! :) Goodluck!

Why is my lower body fat but my upper body is skinny?

It might be genetic, or hormonal, or both of them. If you are a female, the hormonal hypothesis has a higher likelihood. Women tend to store fat mainly in the trocanteric area (pear-shaped fatness), while men tend to store it in the middle area (apple-shaped fatness); moreover, female fat is easier to be found in the sub-cutaneous variety, while the appled shaped fat of men is more likely to be of the intra-visceral variety. Then there is genetics: You might well have inherited certain characetristics, about your lower body, from an ancestor and different characetristics, from another ancestor, about your upper body.Genetics is a very generic concept, which is compatible with a variety of different hypotheses.E.g., you might have more WAT (white adipose tissue) where you are skinner and more BAT (brown adipose tissue), where you are fatter; or you might have more beta2 receptors of the adrenergic system where you are skinner, while having, instead, a prevalence of alpha2 receptors (always of the same adrenergic system) where you are fatter. Finally, you might have inherited more adipocytes where you are fatter and less of them where you are thinner. In the last hypothesis, and just in that one case, the problem would be amenable to a solution, or, at least, to some fading of it, through a series of liposuction performed by an expert plastic surgeon. In the other hypotheses, instead, what can be done is little to none.

Why is my upper body more skinny than my lower body?

Genetics my friend! It has taken me quite a while to realise how strong genetics plays in body types and shapes. There is a big possiblity you pear shaped and only a serverly amount of extreme training would even slightly alter this. We really are born with a certain shape and there comes a time when we realise this and accept it.

I'm a female and I've lost a lot of weight by dieting (without exercise). I have a disproportionate fat distribution (skinny upper body, fat lower body). Is there a way to lose the lower fat without getting even skinnier in the upper part?

Eliminate or atleast reduce sugar, colas, diet stuff, processed food, processed oils.Reduce carb and eat more fat like coconut oil, ghee, sesame oil.Have omega 3 and omega 6 oils not more, not less than 7 ml each daily.Avoid snacking, insulin spikes. If you are ok with it, try bullet coffee in the morning ( coffee with 10 ml of coconut oil and 10 ml of ghee - it would replace breakfast).Have half a teaspoon turmeric powder with a pinch of black pepper in a glass of full cream milk, or with a teaspoon of coconut oil. This is to reduce inflammation if any.Practicedeep breathing to improve your chest.Do some mild exercise with your arms to tone up.Have 8 hrs sleep. Expect result in three months.

How are my thighs so fat but my upper body is very skinny? Do I take after my parents? Is there anything I can do to have small thighs?

Genetically (thanks mum and dad) that's where you store fat first, and unfortunately last. Most likely you are a women as men tend to store fat on their belly over their thighs.Yes you can have smaller thighs. You just need to be a much lower body fat. Note: note “body fat” not weight. You need to change your body composition. More muscle. Less body fat. And yes, more weight. As muscle is more dense than fat, putting on muscle, which will allow for lower body fat will make you skinnier, healthier, stronger and improve everything from sleep to skin quality. Building muscle couldn't be more underrated. But how!?Luckily there is an entire sport dedicated to changing body composition. Bodybuilding! For example Lauren drain (bodybuilder). Left: cardio, dieting and yoga. Right: bodybuilding and diet. Notice the thighs. Its important to note lauren doesn’t bother with the little pink weights that are given to women in the gym. Anyone successful in body composition transformation chases performance. She can squat over 100kilos (225 pounds).So. Hit the gym. Chase performance under a barbell. Go to bodybuilding . Com and find a free program that suits your goals and routine. Buy a trainer for a few hours to show you proper form. Follow people like megsquats on YouTube for programs, form tips and motivation. And get those thighs to heater thickness you want!

SUPER skinny upper body. SUPER fat lower body. What wrong with me?

I might have the most awkward body ever. My upper body is extremely skinny; you can see bones sticking out and there if you pinch my chest there is maybe 1 mm of meat there. My lower body, however, is completely different. I have really fat thighs, legs and butt. I have a healthy diet and I exercise regularely, but still this happens!

I don't know how I can fix it. It's like all the fat I have gathers in my lower body, and can't go to my upper body. If it was evenly distributed, I would have a nice body. But it's not. I have a pear shaped body, and it's really obvious how out of proportion I am. I'm a 13 year old girl, so it could be that my upper body hasn't developed yet, but if it becomes fat too, I would just look like a really chubby person. No matter what I do, the fat won't come off.

I have a really healthy diet, and I exercise every day. Other girls in my class eat like pigs and spend most of their time sitting in front a computer stuffing their faces with candy and chips, but they're still skinny. It might be something with the genes but when I look at the rest of my family, they're all normal.

I jog 30 minutes, do 50 squats, jump rope, and stretch my legs every day. I have tennis twice I week and occasionally I swim. So what's wrong? How do I get a normal body?

Help? My upper body is too skinny?

Genetic can't be change. Body shapes can be change. Too busy for the gym is an excuse. I work 12 hours a day in the military, wake up at 5 exercise for 2 hours and went straight to work until 6pm. It's determination where you want to be.

Why is my upper body fatter than my lower body?

My legs are thinner than my upper body. I wear xl shirts, but size 10 jeans. I wish either my legs were bigger, or my midsection were thinner to that I could be proportionate. Im a college student, so I walk A LOT. My campus is on a hill so I climb hills up and down all day. My calves are very toned as a result.

I gained 20 lbs freshman year b/c of having a meal plan, but now I cook, so I've lost about 10 lbs this year due to medication which reduces my appetite as a side effect and because of eating a bit healthier.

Anyway, how can I lose upper body fat to make my body more proportionate? Do crunches work?

I'm too skinny? How do I get more meat/muscle on my upper body?

I am 18 as well and about 5.9 too. I'm skinny but lately iv been going to the gym. if you want to look chuck i suggest Protein shakes. but be CAREFUL. make sure you read the back to see whats in it. if your looking to just gain wait and look a little more fluffy i guess drink Creatine it fills your muscles up with water basically. i would stick with the Protein.

Big butt and skinny upper body?

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)
