so most people on the day of their wedding have a cutesy creative hashtag (for example #CharlieTakesTheKate or #LoveBurtts ,their last name was Burtt) for instagram pictures. I have a wedding coming up as a maid of honour, what should I wear?
They're both very nice, but they seem like dresses for two very different occasions… the pink one is very cute for a casual daytime wedding, if the bride herself is not going to wear something too fancy, and still I would spice it up a bit à la Carrie Bradshaw to make it less innocent. If the event is even just a tiny bit formal the dark (navy or black?) is really nice, classy and effortless, though there's something a bit off with the belt? For instance a matching gros-grain ribbon with a light pink silk flower at the waist could pep it up and give a nice vintage touch.Edit: the second option doesn't have a belt, it's a top with a skirt, the pic was not clear at first on my phone screen.Your choices show you have a sense of style, I'm sure you'll come up with the best option. ;)
My sister's wedding is coming up in less than a month, how can I find a date for the wedding when I have no female friends ?
So my sister's wedding is coming up in less than a month and I have no one to go with and I'm single. Originally one of my friends was supposed to come to the wedding but he got himself injured and so now he can't come to the wedding. I paid for his plane ticket and now it is going to waste. Because of me having bipolar disorder and schizophrenia I am self aware of myself and how I am. I know for a fact that if I don't have anyone to go to the wedding with I would get upset and depressed and start yelling and screaming and crying because it would just remind me of my relationship failures. For many years my family has been trying to set me up with someone by getting my aunt in china to help me. It never worked out and one woman told my aunt she isn't thinking about marriage right now and wants to focus on her career. So far I've asked two girls that I went to college with about 6 years ago if they could come and both of them said that they couldn't come. I have no female friends who I can ask to go with me and those two girls I only know them from college and haven't seen them in years. I'm desperate and I need someone to go to the wedding with.
