Hi David, I highly recommend that you delete this entire post because that header contains information specific to your account and it is now publicly posted on the internet. That information will be permanently and publicly archived if not deleted. If you are unable to get past this message, you need to respond to the customer care email that you received and let them know it's not resolving itself as it should. I had the same problem. Very disturbing. Ultimately, Yahoo told me to stop using the signature feature on my emails. I did, and my emails started to go through again. Why this should have been a problem is beyond me, and why if using a signature causes problems does Yahoo provide the feature? Also they seemed to indicate that putting link (to my website) in the signature was part of the problem. Again, I haven't changed that signature in years, so why it started causing problems now is still a mystery. However, let me say that I am grateful that Yahoo got back to me on this and diagnosed the problem. Hope this helps you. Check your signature: Make sure that your signature does not include any suspicious links. If you do see something unusual, you can edit your signature to remove it or disable the signature all together. Editing a signature Mouse over the Settings menu icon| select Settings. Click Writing email. Make your edits in the text field. Click Save. Disabling a signature Mouse over the Settings menu icon, | select Settings. Click Writing email. What is error code 475?
OK, I finally got it working, 100%. Only had problems when using Firefox browser. I switched to IE browser and have sent about 20 e-mails, so far, and they all went through. No more "failure notice" e-mails from "MAILER-DAEMON@yahoo.com". When I was having problems, while using the Firefox browser, initially 100% of my e-mails were getting rejected. I was able to get some e-mails sent out by logging off the same e-mail account on my iPhone 4S. I was able to get about 50% of my e-mails sent out when I also logged out of Yahoo messenger. Go figure. So, to repeat, no problems with error code 475 while using IE browser. And, while using IE, I have no problems being logged into the same Yahoo e-mail account on my iPhone 4S. I'm even looged on to Yahoo Messenger. Wow !!! Hope that this helps, Bob
