Severe itching on the top of my toe(s)?
Ok. My medical insurance is horrible, and I have to pay $5k out of pocket before they cover anything so I only go to the doctor in an emergency. For this reason I am starting here. For the last year or so, I have had sporadic episodes on the top of my toes on my left foot only. It is worst on the #3 toe at the base to the knuckle, but also on the #2 and #4 toe near the base. It is always in the exact same area. The Pinkie and Hallux (Big Toe) are fine. This is no ordinary itch. It is insanely annoying. Of course, when I scratch it it gets worse and will even burn a little, however that is probably from the frequency and intensity of my scratching. I am very clean and hygenic, but since I do work out at a public gym my first thought was athletes foot. I have tried multiple athletes foot creams and cortisol. Neither give much to any relief, so I have ruled out that theory. Also, there is no rash and it looks completely fine, except for the redness and scratched skin that I inflict from constant scratching. Recently, from all the scratching and ointments I have been applying, the skin between the #4 and #3 toe cracked, even though that is not the area I scratch. From wearng socks the moisture has made this skin very soft to where it also peels away easily. However, this area does not itch and there is no discoloration other than the more pinkish hue of freshly exposed skin. The itching episodes will last for about a month, go away for a month, and then come back just as bad as before. Any ideas? I'd really hate to pay an out of pocket visit to a pediatrist if a few simple ideas may get me some relief first.
Top of BOTH my feet extremely itchy!?
For the past week or two now, the tops of both my feet have been itchy. As soon as I wake up I'm grabbing something to scratch them with. I am not overweight or close to it AT ALL I am not pregnant I do not have any bug bites or stings I haven't been using any new products I don't know what this is but it's extremely annoying, can anyone help?

Top of my foot itches.. scabbing?
The top of both my feet itch really bad and I can't stop nothing I put on them helps. I itch a lot and skin comes off and it scabs up but the itching doesn't go away. I don't have insurance what could this be it's very annoying and uncomfortable!! It's both feet it wasnt a bite.

It could be athletes feet. Keep skin dry , as moisture make's it worse. Go buy powder for athletes foot and put it on your feet and in your shoes and it should start to feel better in a few days
