I Have Bad Acne On My Face Do Anybody Have Any Suggestion What I Should Do

I was stressed out and can't get my acne to clear up, any suggestions?

If you have a certain type of pillow or pillow case it can lead to more acne. For example, memory foam pillows, though comfy, don't leave a lot of room for your skin to breathe. During the night when your pores open up and your skin starts to repair itself from the previous day, tons of "pooling" skin cells, & irritants can get trapped right on your skins surface if you're using a pillow that doesn't breathe properly.

I've had acne for many years and the best solution I found was the Clinic system. It's three steps much like other brands, but I've tried the other brands and none are near as effective. Warning though, this solution can definitely dry out your skin to excess.
I'd also recommend exfoliating for you. Since it seems like the problem is more your skin then a consolidated infection (like most larger pimples are) using an exfoliating brush can clear away dead skin cells that irritate your skin and cause those annoying little bumps.

Olay has an excellent skin care brush, but I personally recommend Neutrogena's microdermabrasion system. It's only for use a few times a week and will leave your skin feeling wonderful from the first use

Proactive and Murad didn't work for me! Any other suggestions??

i tried proactive it didnt work for me either, i was thinking in buying murad but now since u said this i will no longer purchase it, i really dont have any suggestions for u cause im suffering from the same problem not so much acne but, but acne scars and is destroying my self esteem, im planning on visiting a dermotologist once i get money to pay for it, just try to keep positive that i know its hard, when i was 14 i had terrible acne nasty nasty but i went to my local doctor and he gave me retin a micro thats the only cream that worked for me but it left the aftermath for which is acne scars, best wises.

Does anybody have problems with Proactive?

I say dont use it. The ingredients it has in it really arent any different from something you can buy on a shelf for really cheap. And it dries out the skin. I suggest AcneFree, it worked within 3 days for me, I mean my face was clear in less then a week! I only had to use it at night too. And using Noxema in the shower, then washing my face with AcneFree afterwards, helped even more. My advice: DO NOT USE PROACTIVE! I used it for a year straight and it damaged my skin, it constantly peels now, and my dermatologist said it was because of the proactive.

What should I do? Does anyone have any suggestions to clear up my skin?

Treating acne can be tough because there are so many variables and no two people have the same skin. So there will likely be a lot of experimentation and frustration along the way.Without more information on your specific skin’s issues it’s hard to offer you anything but broad advice, but here are some things to try:As Rowan said in one of the previous answers, washing your face twice a day with a mild face wash can reduce bacteria, remove surface oil and help exfoliate dead skin cells. For people with mild skin issues, this is sometimes enough. Doing it once in the morning and once before you go to bed should be enough.Make sure to properly moisturize (even if you have greasy skin)! Generally people try to dry out greasy skin, but overdoing it by washing your face too often or over-applying acne remedies can actually make your acne worse or lead to skin irritation. If simply washing your face and moisturizing aren’t enough there are a number of over the counter products available that use non-harmful chemicals like benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid kill the bacteria causing your acne while reducing swelling and redness. One of the best-known brands in the space is Proactiv, and I’ve personally been using it off an on since I was a teenager. If all else fails you can visit a dermatologist and get the help you need to tailor a solution to your specific case.If you’re a woman: Some women have success with stopping acne by taking birth control to regulate their hormones.

Using acne pads then a moisturizer on face?

I need something more effective for my acne on my nose and forehead so I was thinking about getting acne pads and then using an acne moisturizer so my face doesn't get dried up. Will the pads still be just as effective?

Or if anyone has any other suggestions on cheap acne products (the type you can get at walmart, CVS, etc) I would greatly appreciate it.

How can I get rid of shoulder and back acne?

I would never reccomend a checmical based acne product to anyone for any type of acne. Reason's being nobodys skin is the same and the price of acne products are outrageous..if they are cheap they probably don't work and that's the truth.

I used to have the same problem with acne i now have none whatsoever.

I would wash my face every morning and night with normal water then apply 100% natural Aloe Vera gel (from the plant!) to the affected areas and the rest of my face/back and chest so that i didn't have any other breakouts. Aloe Vera is a well known skin healing agent and has been used for centuries it also cost just a few bucks and the plant will never die.

If that does not work then try 100% natural Australian Tea Tree Oil..this is also an all natural product and is well known for healing skin with quick results..the down side is it's kinda smelly but works as a good nasal decongester =D. Also continue to wash your face morning and night then apply the Tea Tree Oil.

If you actually use my advice i'm sure it will work and clear your skin up in days or a couple weeks at the most.

What should I do to get rid of acne scars or pimple marks on my face? It is very deep and my engagement is after a month. Can anyone help?

Thanks for A2ATry these 3 Home RemediesLemon Juice- If you want to lighten your scar, lemon is a great choice. It has alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), meaning it has the healing properties your skin needs. Known as a natural bleach, this lightener aids in new cell growth and gives your skin its elasticity back.Have your AHA moment with a little lemon. Start by cutting a lemon in half and rub a half over the scar; squeeze the lemon to let it soak the scar for about 15 minutes. Dab with cool water to rinse.Since lemon can make skin sensitive to sunlight, give your scar a fighting chance at healing by using a daily moisturizer with SPF before heading out during the day.APPLE CIDER VINEGAR- Apple cider vinegar has been touted as an all-around natural ingredient for everything from cleaning solutions to skin care. When it comes to treating scars, mix it with honey and leave it on for 10 minutes after applying it to the area. Do this up to three times a day for the best results.BAKING SODA- It balances your pH and acts as a natural exfoliator. In doing so, it eliminates dead skin cells and leaves you refreshed without damaging the skin around the scar.Using two parts water and one part baking soda, make a paste and scrub it on the affected area, rinsing thoroughly and gently after a minute. If you want a quicker and slightly less messy fix, try a Vitamin C Serum.
