I Have Bad Breath Every Day I Wake Up From Bed And I Have Hair Loss

How to wake up with thin hair?

Your hair doesn't change it's thickness unless you dye it. Thick hair, is thick hair. Thin hair, is thin hair. There are hair products you can get to make your hair appear thick, but none for vice versa. Thin hair isn't something people try to achieve. I suppose if you dyed the hell out of your hair it'd damage it and make it lose strength, making it thinner.

If you want to wake up with nice hair, try this.

I also used this on my little sister. She's 10 years old and TERRIFIED of any kind of heat appliance for hair. I burned her ONCE when she was little, and someone at a salon burned her ear once, and that was all it took. When I did her hair, I used TWO headbands. The first one I put a little higher than the girl in the video, and put her hair in it like the girl in the video. I used about 3/4's of her hair up in the first headband, so her hair was parted sort of like this

I put up a little more hair than this, but this is close enough for you to get what I mean(:
after I put her hair up in the first headband, I placed another one OVER that one, but a little lower. I did the bottom layer of her hair the same way, looping it through the headband. I did put a bit of hairspray on it, which I normally never use because I hate stiff hair, but I wanted to be sure it held a curl. I didn't use much, maybe 4 sprays. I did this during the day. We'd tried to do it overnight the previous night and it all fell out(thin, straight hair, *Sigh). She ended staying home sick that day so I tried it again later when she was feeling better. It only took about 15 minutes in all, and I left it in her hair for about 40 minutes. She has naturally straight, straight hair that never holds a curl. This stayed curly all day for her is still wavy this morning(:

Why do i always wake up greasy ?

You might try looking at what you EAT. If you have a lot of oily, greasy, fatty foods, you will exude more oils from your skin. If you eat a lot of onions and garlic, you will start to smell of onions and garlic! The same applies to spicy meats, such as salami and pepperoni. Really! If you eat a lot of carrots, your skin will take on an orange tint. If you eat a lot of spinach or other deep green leafy vegetables, your urine will turn a darker yellow color and have a much stronger odor. When they say, you are what you eat, they were not kidding. That said, you may be one of those people who have to shower and change clothes twice a day...

Why do I wake up every 10 minutes at night?

I have been experiencing sleepless nights over the last 2 months. Everyday I go to bed around 12:00 – 12:30am and I wake up at 7:15am for work.
My situation, which occurs twice a week, is that I fall asleep around 12:15am. After another 10 minutes I wake up again. Then it takes me another 10 minutes to go back to sleep. I spend the rest of the night going through the same thing. Every 10 minutes I wake up then take another 10 minutes to sleep. When I wake up, I feel so hot as if my feet are on fire, but without any sweat. I try changing my cloths into lighter ones, I try drinking a cup of milk, and I even wash my feet with cold water, but nothing works. This really drives my nerves so I leave bed by 2:30am although I feel so tired and in need to sleep. Usually, when this happens I stay awake until 6:00am, which leaves me only an hour to sleep before work.
Now, I need to know why is this happening to me? What is it? And how can I prevent it from happening again and again?

Would taking 3 showers a day be bad?

I take a shower in the morning to wake up, then a shower after pracitce around 6pm, then another one right before going to bed around 10-11pm because of college life ( going around campus, dining halls, coastal rains (portland, oregon))

Saw Palmetto and hair loss?

So, I've been battling with FIRST alopecia and THEN anorexia which exacerbated the alopecia and made my body start growing kinda dark-ish lanugo. I was wondering if saw palmetto would get rid of the excess body hair while making my topical hair stop falling out?

On top of that I was wondering if saw palmetto would screw around with my hormones even more considering that I just finished my first period in a little over three months. So, should I just wait until after my next cycle to play around with it and hope my body reaches some sort of equilibrium?
