Instagram locks my account repeatedly for verification code via sms?
I have an Instagram account and recently Instagram has been locking my account and asking me to verify my account via SMS code. This has been happening repeatedly for the past week. I changed my password, my email, and I am not violating any rules. I haven t been active much except for liking a few photos. I ve tried everything and can t get any answers from Instagram. My followers have taken a hit, they keep unfollowing me because they think I ve blocked them. Someone please help me figure this out
How do you hack a twitter account that has login verifcation on?
twitter has this two step log in verification process to protect your account and i activated it for my own account and i lost the backup code so now i cant get back into twitter, please help me guys.

There are two levels of "locked" that can apply to your online account with Verizon Wireless. If you have unsuccessfully attempted to log in several times, you will be blocked from trying again for several hours. I believe this lasts for three hours, but I'm not certain. If this happens, you will need to either wait it out or try to reset your Online Password. If you call Customer Service at this step, they will only be able to walk you through resetting the password, which is something you really should be able to do on your own. Now, if you have unsuccessfully attempted to reset the Online Password so many times, you will be given a message stating your account has been locked and at this point you WILL need to contact customer service to have the account unlocked. You will still have to verify account information at this point, but your Customer Service Rep can assist in "secondary verification" if you need it. As long as you can verify the account, they will lift the second-tier block and walk you through resetting the Online Password as before. In order to reset the Online Password, you will need three of four things: Your five-digit billing zip code as it appears on your bill and either the last four digits of the account holder's SSN (or tax ID for business accounts) or the one-to-five digit Billing Password (this is different from the Online Password) if one has been established. Once that is clear, you will need to either be able to answer the Secret Question, if established, or have the phone number you entered available to receive a temporary Online Password through text.

I got locked out of my Twitter account. What can I do?
It started a couple of days ago when I tried to log into twitter and I got an error that says "Please try again - we could not verify your credentials. Please double-check and try again." If I press cancel on the error it takes me to a reset password page where it tells me to enter the phone number, email address, or username of the account. I didn't have an email associated with the account, only a phone number so I entered in the number and it told me that they couldn't find my account with that information. I tried entering in my username and it redirected me to a page where it told me to go to twitter settings and add an email to my account. I can't do this because I'm not signed into Twitter on any device so I'm effectively locked out. Can I recover my password through my phone number? Did someone hack my account? I looked at my profile and it seems no person has tweeted or liked anything new. I filed a 'ticket' about this but Twitter hasn't responded. This has never happened before and what can I do?
