Is there any way to restore the Facebook account  once it is deleted permanently?

Hello,Unfortunately, if you deleted your account there is no way to retrieve it. There is difference between deactivating and deleting your account You may deactivate your account for any number of temporary reasons. This option gives you the flexibility to leave and come back whenever you want. If you deactivate your account:People won’t be able to see the information on your Timeline on Facebook.People on Facebook will not be able to search for you. Some information, like messages you sent, may still be visible to others. We save the information in your account (ex: friends, photos, interests), just in case you want to come back to Facebook at some point. If you choose to reactivate your account, the information on your profile will be there when you come back. If you permanently delete your account:You will not be able to regain access to your account. Some of the things you do on Facebook aren’t stored in your account. For example, a friend may still have messages from you even after you delete your account. That information remains after you delete your account. It may take up to 90 days to delete all of the things you've posted, like your photos, status updates or other data stored in backup systems. While we are deleting this information, it is inaccessible to other people using Facebook.Copies of some material (ex: log records) may remain in our database for technical reasons. When you delete your account, this material is disassociated from any personal identifiers

How I permanently disable and delete Ume.exe virus/process?

Well, I accidentally downloaded some small file in the morning. Weird thing is, that it didn't go to any folders, just, disappeared. Then, few minutes later I just started hearing music. Well, I went to processes and there it was, Ume.exe. I knew that it isn't been there before, so I ended it and the music stopped. About 30min later, I got a popup in my screen telling that "You have won Apple iPhone 4" in my language and the process Ume.exe was again there. I ended it again. Then, after 1 hour Internet explorer starts and tries to connect some site but I closed the IE before it went there and yes, ume.exe was again there. There isn't much info in the internet about that process, this is the best I found: http://www.prevx.com/filenames/2301887639840378701-X1/UME.EXE.html it says it's a virus, of course. Also antispyware softwares can't detect it. Ume.exe starts about 1-3 times per hour, doing one of those three things. When the process is quiet after I close the IE/popup, it takes about 70 000 kt that cpu memory or what it is and when I hear the music it's about 200 000 kt, so If I'm playing some game, and the Ume.exe starts, it slows the game down a bit. So how I can end the process permanently and delete it and forget it.
