I was just jumping and dancing when I see that… then I got visa and flight ticket for free ..and ..yup ..now I'm in Turkey… I'm getting a scholarship of 250$ every month besides the food ,accommodation and health insurance. How to write diary entry for IGCSE First Language English?

First you have to remember that you are writing in a diary. Take into account the kind of character you're supposed to be, if asked (e.g. Write a diary entry in Lisa's point of view, etc). Since it's supposed to be your diary, the language should be a little less formal, and write about your thoughts and feelings on what you base it on - don't make it a completely factual essay.

In any case, I wish you good luck. :D

SAT or IGCSE: which is better?

I used to live in America for 10 years but recently moved to Vietnam where I attend a very good British International School. However the curriculum is different because it is the British way. I am 14 years old and will be taking my IGCSEs next year, but there is a chance I might move back to America. I want to go to a very good university, for film or business/marketing. Which do colleges prefer more? SATs or IGCSEs? I know IGCSEs are harder, by the way. Which will help me in the future more?

Also, a separate question: Is it better if I do both?

Is the Arabic language dying amongst Lebanon’s youth due to parents focusing on speaking English or French with their child? What about in Egypt, UAE, or Northern Africa where international schools are also common?

I’m not lebanese I’m JordanianIn my teenage days we used to communicate in English it was an upper and upper-middle economical class thing, to distinguish themselves among other classes. If you couldn’t speak english at all you will perceived as very low class who not refined.if you look at any job market in any arab state, %90 of good local enterprises own by third generation of wealthy family who studied in the US, UK, France or Switzerland. who will hire an promote people who studied abroad as well. so do the foreign companies, all employers will pay up to five times the average salary to attract such employee.the second best people who act like an upper class speaks english or french like them those will hire people simiar to them and parents who got such an opportunity aware of this this is why parents want their childer to speak english more than Arabic.English or French will not replace arabic not in lebanon, not in Egypt not anywhere else . because once those teenagers grow up most of them will find it ridiculous to speak any other language to Arabic speaker, mostly because it sounds very pretentious if someone speaks with you in arabic and you respond in English.by the mid twenties, I moved away from speaking english unless I speak with non arabic speaker like everyone else.

Basically there will be new aims , new choices at every stage of my life or everyday and my priorities will change so do my aims .How do I plan to Achieve ?I do not want to plot a strategy for the above listed aims , I wanna face life the way it comes to me , there's not any definite plan or solution to any problem . What is the best book in physics for IGCSE or GCSE?

Since you're not "afraid" of physics and don't mind if it's quite confusing, go for the IGCSE Physics by Tom Duncan. I have that book and let me tell you, it's complicated and contains LOTS of information. I for one hate physics so I couldn't stand that book, instead I used Complete Physics for IGCSE by Stephen Pople (I think XD).

Both books are good, but the Tom Duncan book, like I said, has tons of information and is really useful if you actually understand it XD there's a lot of stuff there that isn't present in the other books so my advice is get that one. Unfortuantely I never used the first book you mentioned.

And yes, the Tom Duncan book does have chapters of thermionic emission and CRTs according to my (not so good) memory.

If you like I can check that book and come back and edit my answer to confirm those chapters, but that will have to wait till tomorrow (sorry, book is not in my reach right now). You could leave the question open. :D Anyway hope I helped.
