You can do so with MySQL.Go to PHPMyAdmin, to your database, wp_user (wp_ is default prefix, change it if you have different).Check for te user in that table and edit the record, change whatever password you want and select the field type to MD5. Sve it.That's it.

Hi you can follow the forgot username on the Internet banking site for knowing your username. And forgot login password after you get your username. And then if you forgot your profile password which is required to access your profile section you can put a reset request. Once request number is generated you can send the signed and scanned form to the branch mail id or fax it to their fax no. And then once your profile password is reset you can put a request to change your mobile number and send the request number to the branch. Which will be approved by the branch.
