I Have Issues With Making A Youtube Channel

How do I see if a youtube channel name is taken?

The main issue is that I want to match the gmail address that goes with it. If I type in the name into youtube, that won't necessarily show if it is taken.

When I went to make an account is asks me for the email, and all of my information and asks me to agree to the terms of service before I can get to the place where I can put in a username and see if it's taken.

I could put in all my information and then go see which usernames are available, but it asks for the email, and I want to it to match my username.

Can anyone help??

I want to start a Youtube channel?

Hi guys, so I started a youtube channel recently however I am way too shy and have confidence issues to carry it on. I did upload a video which only gained 10-12 views but deleted it soon after. I am just really scared if people in my school find out I have a Youtube channel as they would most likely make fun of me, even my friends laughed and thought it was a stupid idea when I first mentioned it to them. I really want to do this as in that brief video I filmed which I later deleted, I realised I had so much fun recording, editing and even just picking out background music. I've made so many videos which I don't have the nerve to upload and the only thing holding me back are stupid people in my school and my friends negativity towards everything. I don't know, but making them makes me happy and I just don't know what to do. Please help :)

I'm wanting to make a youtube channel but hate my teeth...?

Basically I really want to make a youtube channel and I know even if I had perfect teeth people will still write mean comments and dislike my videos. You can't please everyone!
However whenever I film I can't stop staring at my teeth, I have a gap in the middle and a lot of fangs.. Like a dog's mouth almost lol! My fangs aren't very even either. What are some good ways to not let this affect me as much because at the end of the day I know my teeth don't define me

I don't have enough money yet to go to the dentist yet, if I did they could be perfect and plastic tomorrow. How can I have more self esteem and just get over it and worry less

One of my YouTube channel was suspended. Now whenever I create a new channel with new Gmail they are being suspended continuously. What's the reason?

Because you are now banned from accessing, possessing or creating any other Youtube accounts for lifetime. Youtube is very strict to the terminated account holders. As per youtube’s terms and conditions"Users whose accounts have been terminated are prohibited from accessing, possessing or creating any other YouTube accounts." –https://support.google.com/youtu...Now..You must be thinking why and how they are continuously suspending my channel? even i have created a new google account, but i think the mistake you repeatedly making is by connecting your old Adsense account to the new youtube channels.Google is now monitoring your IP address and your old Adsense account that is connected with old suspended youtube channel. So now you have only two options leftTry to contact youtube team by sending them appeal on copyright@youtube.com or here and give them proper details of your account, if your channel is terminated in error they will unban you and reinstate your old suspended account.Make a new channel with new Adsense account with the name of your family member or someone who can share bank details with you.2nd option has no IP address issue because in same house different family members can have their different adsense accounts and google has no problem with it because their identity is different.

Do YouTube channel names have a copyright?

Anything published online is understandably credited to the original creator, be it a name, a song, an article, an image or any publishable item. This goes through with YouTube Channel names. There’s an inherent right granted to the original creator. However, in instances when claims tend to overlap – meaning, they may have created the same name simultaneously - then the contest would be between who has copyrighted the name or not. That’s why experts recommend that you should always secure a copyright of your creation, so that in cases of legal issues, you have prima facie’ evidence that you own the copyright of such item.In cases that you want to reference a YouTube name, you can use it based on “fair use”, which should be for informational purposes, and you must remember to always credit the owner. But to be safe, you can use the share button of the YouTube Channel and choose how you want it shared. Take note if the channel has copyright restrictions and follow them accordingly. In creating your own YouTube Channel, you should strive to be original. Create your own name referencing the content of your channel. It’s great to be a trailblazer and proponent of something unique, than be bunched with the rest of other YouTube Channels. When you succeed using your own YouTube Channel name, wouldn’t that be an incredible achievement for you? From there, you can expand your brand and genre. Just make sure your name is related to your content. Make it catchy and interesting to attract viewers. Unique names can attract viewers most of the time. And yes, create thumbnails that can entice viewers to click your video as well. Plus, advertise on all your social media accounts and on your account on websites where you can add a link to your YouTube Channel on your profile. Examples of these are Google Plus, Yahoo News, and similar websites.

I’m about to create a YouTube channel for movie trailers, which are copyrighted. If I upload and monetize the videos, will it be a major issue for me?

You cannot monetize copyrighted videos on YouTube. It just doesn’t happen. If the actual owner found out someone posted their video and was monetizing it, they would surely sue and/or get you banned from YouTube. YouTube also has the power to detect any reposted copyrighted material, so you may not want to even post those movie trailers. If you’re caught doing any of that, reposting and monetizing, you’re going to be banned from the site for sure. My advice would be to not post those videos at all. However, if you’d like to make money off of YouTube, you could create original content and post that.
