I went in with my boyfriend to sign up with Direct Buy on Jan 19th and went back the next day on the 20th to cancel membership. Item sold on eBay but payment not received?

I'm new to eBay and I recently sold my first item. I noticed that the payment has not been received, I have tried checking my Paypal but there is nothing, not even when i check in the transaction history. My question is when will i receive my payment? Do i wait until I receive payment or do i ship items? I hear a lot that funds are on hold for 21 days, but i see no signs of a hold.

How do I cancel my OSAP application and documents?

I have already sent my declaration and signature pages to the school on June 30th.
But a week ago, I cancelled my application online.

However,
I got an email from OSAP saying that my request cannot be processed because I have provided confirmation that I'm enrolled at the school, even though I actually have not attended the required enrollment appointment at all, and I have not also enrolled at all or paid for anything.

So today,
I called the school's Student Financial Services, and they told me that I have to fax them a letter stating the reason why I want to officially cancel my OSAP documents.
My real question is,
what other things do I have to include in the fax letter?
Well, the guy on the phone said I should include my Social Insurance Number (SIN), and... my name of course, but what else?
Any tips on the format of the letter?
