Please be careful with shilajit. It should be taken in small doses along with full cream milk. It is a therapy. It should not be used in large doses for longer period of time. Only one side-effect, if taken in large doses for longer time. And that is kidney stone. It doesn't cure PE. It cures some forms of UTIs and involuntary loss of semen during urination.
