I Have Really Bad Case Of Wanderlust But I Cant Afford Traveling And I Feel So Trapped .help Me

Really bad Wanderlust, HELP ME!!?

Ok, so my entire life I have been obsessed with travel, and because I m 13 I know that isn t very long, but I can t help but want to live out of a backpack an dgo around the world. I have only been to another country, (Mexico) once, but that was enough to get me hooked. The smell of airports, getting up at the crack of dawn to go explore, packing a suitcase, etc... I love all of it.

But lately it has been REALLY bad. I feel like if I don t jump on an airplane this week I am going to SCREAM. I have anxiety, and I have been crying on my room almost pulling my hair out because I have to stay in this town. And I know the common answer will probably be that "I m just bored with my life and need change" but I need to travel. That is all I want in life anymore.

How can I fix this? Is there any way to convince my parents to take a vacation? Any cheap ways to travel? Please help me, all answers are appreciated. ❤

Does traveling all the time bring you real happiness?

Speaking for myself, no.I’m in my early thirties. I went to India for the first time when I was eighteen or so. I traveled across the country for a year. Then I went back to Israel, worked, and returned. I did this for a number of years. It was amazing. I spent time alone in the vast wilderness of Ladakh; I befriended a yogi; I learned two Indian languages; I made lots of friends; I bought a motorbike and roved around; I was entirely free and I was fortunate enough to mature in an environment that neither judged me nor had expectations of me.In my later twenties, after I met my wife, we did some more traveling together. We went to the Dominican Republic, the Pacific Northwest, Bali, Germany, South Africa. It was amazing. Traveling has expanded my consciousness and made me a better person. I’ve connected with people from the most diverse backgrounds, found a common human denominator that transcends race and creed. But I wouldn’t keep traveling. I’ve had enough. It can get tiring to move around all the time, to have to learn where to shop for food and what to avoid and what to look out for and where to get medical care. It can get tiring to have to always make new friends and sleep in other people’s beds.I will certainly travel more in my life, but I wouldn’t keep traveling even if you pay me. There’s something equally wonderful about staying in the same place and noticing new details all the time; about deepening relationships with your friends and family; about finding satisfaction in your work; about knowing where to find everything and sort everything out so that you are free to focus on the things that matter to you; about watching the seasons change or a sapling grow into a tree.In my experience, traveling lends itself well to the old adage: “Everything in moderation.”

Is traveling the world something you MUST do?

Whether you MUST travel is something noone can answer. It's something that completely depends on you. Being an avid traveller myself, I find pleasure in every little thing travelling has to offer!1. Seeing an onscreen destination liveImage SourceExperience the rush of walking the same roads and seeing structures that you one saw in your favourite film. Imagine running towards the train at King’s cross railway station aka Harry Potter or Simran in DDLJ.2. Discovering something crazy in a grocery storeImage SourceThe nearby grocery store may have your staple rice and dal but that is not the case everywhere. Prepare to find unseen candies, cappuccino flavoured potato chips, dried sea-horse teas and even cubic watermelons. Purchase it on your own risk!3. Feeling inspired by the street fashionImage SourceNew city, new fashion choices and new inspirations. Wear a super weird Ruffles skirt, walk on the streets with a fedora and ripped jeans. Nothing can beat the heady feeling of experimenting with your style quotient when you are not in your home-town.4. Drinking upImage SourceOf course, nothing beats a single malt Scotch but most places have their own local liquors. From the somewhat simpler kinds like Coconut Toddy, Chica and Pulque to more scary ones like Snake wine. You will never to come across these bad boys in your local wine & beer shop.Hey you should totally see this blog, who knows it can spark a never ending wanderlust in you!  Little Delights You Would Know Only If You Travel | TravelTriangle

If I want to travel the world, what should I major in at college and how much money would you need to be able to go to a different country each year?

I am an Indian and this sign is apt for me:Image source: aka twitterI am not going to lie. Yes you need money to travel, unless you prefer to travel on a shoe string budget. So my friend welcome to the corporate world of traveling.Your biggest asset is your passport. If you hold a stronger one like US most of the visa fees are waived off for you. Second your location matters too. Like for me Singapore is an excellent location for covering most of Asia. Third a job in a country or locations with strong currency values is always preferable example dollars, euro, etc.Now coming back to your query. Your options are unlimited. For starters you can opt for exhancge student program. I know some of my friends are currently into it.However I would not recommend you to opt for some course which you will have no interest in. College education can be a pain in the a** if you don't enjoy your subject matter. I took up IT major as I enjoy working with computers. Also I love being a part of the corporate world. My work doesn't require travelling but it pays me decent money to let me travel on my own.Sales/marketing/business development are other options for you if enjoy dealing with people & have the gift of gab. Do note that traveling for work is not an easy task, as your days are tied up with meetings and you are on a not-so-flexible schedule. One more option is aviation industry. If money is not a show stopper for your career then NGO, volunteering services are a good options (these can be undertaken as a part of corporate service as well). English teaching in foreign locations are also on the rise. So is nursing jobs.In the end, study what you will enjoy learning for the rest of your life. Don't start something to regret it later. All the best :)

What is the best thing about someone born under the cancer sign?

Positive Traits: kind, loving, emotional, intuitive, imaginative, shrewd, cautious, protective and sympathetic.

Negative Traits: changeable, moody, over-emotional, touchy, untidy, clinging, unable to "let go," and a tendency to wallow in self-pity.

Likes: hobbies, romance, children, parties, home and country.

Dislikes: failure, opposition, aggravating situations, being told what to do and being given advice...whether good or bad.

Natives of Cancer are probably most in tune with those governed by Pisces, since Pisces is prone to moods just like Cancer, but of a less volatile nature. This is a couple who will find peace and harmony throughout the majority of their relationship.

Scorpio, another Sign ruled by the element of Water, would also be favorable since Scorpio is equal to the moods of Cancer and capable of great understanding. Cancer finds the Scorpio depth of character intriguing and will certainly appreciate the rich view of life inherent in the Scorpio nature, to say nothing of the awareness and perception associated with that Sign. This is a couple who will likely provide everything either has ever wanted in a relationship. The physical chemistry here is quite amazing...it is long-lasting and only gets better with the passage of time.
