I Have Rhumatiod Arthritis And Want To Lose Belly Fat What Is The Best Way

Rheumatoid arthritis?

So I'm 19 and I just found out that I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have to go see a rheumatologist (sp?) sometime next week I think. But for people who know more about this than I do, what does that mean? I have done some research but everything I have found out is pretty depressing. So I didn't know if someone who has it or is a nurse or something could kind of tell me a little bit more about it? Because I really don't know that much about it at all, I kind of always assumed old people got arthritis so I didn't pay attention to it. so if anyone can tell me more about it it would be greatly appreciated.

What is the best arthritis diet?

Generally used as a synonym for joint pains, stiffness and inflammation arthritis is a major health problem globally.Medicines can never be enough, inorder to stay healthy and fight chronic disease like arthritis our dietary habits play a crucial role. The important steps that are absolutely necessary to fight arthritis are:Add more calcium rich foods in your diet like milk products, spinach, fenugreek leaves etc.Include ghee (Clarified butter) in your diet as it helps in providing lubrication and reducing inflammation in joint areas ( recommended 3 tsp in a day)Increase fluid intake helps to avoid the accumulation of toxic waste products like uric acid which causes hyperuricemiaAntioxidants in your diet help control the inflammation and bring relief, foods like whole grains, nuts, oilseeds, fruits, green leafy vegetables, tea, fish etc. are highly recommendedAim for a weight slightly lower than the ideal body weight to reduce the burden on the jointsInclude turmeric , blackpepper , green tea in your diet as they have anti- inflammatory actionsUse flaxseeds , sunflowers seeds for their abundance in Omega -6 fatty acids as it reduces stiffness , swelling and sorenessExposure to sun for atleast 40 mins per dayThe dietary don’ts are extremely important as by avoiding few foods one can reduce the effect of arthritis. How can you differentiate stomach fat and bloating?

It's easy for me. What my stomach looks like in the morning is how it is. What it looks like at night after dinner is usually due to bloating. The difference is HUGE. I'm quite flat when I wake up and look 5 months pregnant by 7pm! You shouldn't be too bloated first thing in the morning (although you may retain more fluid before your period). Also, grab a pinch (or a handful) of stomach. If you have a chunk between your fingers that you can roll around it's probably fat. If you're mainly pinching skin with firmness underneath it may be bloating.

I did like the first answer, though. LOL!

Im 13 and i want to lose weight?

My daughter is 12 and wants to lose weight so I'm going to tell you the same thing I'm going to tell her :

It's not about losing weight, it's about getting fit. And the best way to do this is to start off by walking. Not just to the store, but power walking. Walk at a brisk pace with your arms up and swinging. You might look a little silly but it helps work out your abs while getting rid of any love handles and working out your legs. It also helps with endurance.

I forgot to mention, time yourself. Walk for about 30 minutes and work toward an hour. It's not about how far you walk, but how long you walk.

What is the best, most healthy way to burn calories and fat?

90% success would be healthy eating. You really can't compete how much you eat with the amount of effort you put in the gym. One hour cardio burns about 500 calories and one hour weight training burns about 300 calories. After burn is at most 360 calories, but we can easily eat 1000 calories in 10 min. Make sure to eat at the right amount of calories and macro ratio (protein, fat, carb) will be essential for fat loss and calorie burn. Of course, I recommend weight training and HIIT cardio as best workouts for calorie and fat loss.
