I Have These Wierd Felling On My Chest Left Side Could It Be Symptoms Of A Heart Attack

Chest pain for 4 days, Heart attack?

On sunday morning I woke up with left shoulder and chest pain. (I do believe I laid on that side most of that night, and the bed is hard.). Well the pain was on and off during the day, then at one point I was in the car with my cousin and his friends. The pain was so sharp and painful I was holding my hand over my chest area. But kept it to myself cause I do have anxiety and no one knows, I just don't want to embarrass myself. Well when we go back to the house which was just my main goal, the pain started subside. Rest of the night it was fine. Next day I can't remember if the pain was present as much but it was there. Then Tuesday the pain started up, it starts up mostly when I am laying on my right side. Which seems weird to me. Now today Wed, the pain as been at its most worse. I told my aunt and mom this time and they said it could be my spleen. But let me just list my symptoms.

Achy, not painful feeling in left arm, shoulder area. (Side I laid on)

Sharp pain left side of chest, around the breast. Close to my underarm.

Squirmy feeling under the breast, little more to the side. It felt like contractions would feel like,
felt like my muscles were spasms. I know it sounds weird but like I had something inside me that was just moving around. (This discomfort was near my spleen area)

No Jaw pain, no nausea, no lightheaded. No shortness of breathe only when I was feeling that weird squirmy feeling.

Right now as I type this, this is what I feel. My left arm feel achy, my back is achy too. My chest feels a little sore aswell. But no real pain. Ok I just moved my arm up and stretch it, that triggered a sharp burning pain in the area I have been explaining. What could it be?? SORRY for such a long question. Ty folks.
Btw I am 21, and a fatty lol. I take vitamins and eat fruit. I get my daily potassium.

What does a heart attack feel like?

I had a major heart attack in 2014, and here is my story:I woke up not feeling well - I couldn’t explain it… I just didn’t feel well.Around 9am, my mother and father stopped by; they had gone to the stations of the cross at the church right down the road. I began feeling a pain in my right arm, but I tried to ignore it. My mother looked at me and said that I didn’t look well, but I told her I was fine, so her and my father left. So, it was just me and my 23 year old son. He saw me rubbing my arm and asked me what was wrong. I told him I wasn’t sure - that it was like a pressure pain that was moving up my arm. He said it sounded like a heart attack, and I laughed because I thought that I was too young for a heart attack. In 2014 I was going to be 43, I believe.Anyhow, I told him that I was going to take a hot shower and put the water on my arm but that I was going to leave the door open in case I needed him to call someone. I got in the shower. At that point, the pain was in my upper arm and neck. I stood under the hot water and aimed on my neck, but it did not help. I was uncomfortable, but I managed to get out and get dressed.I then told my son that maybe a nap would make me feel better, but after just two minutes of lying down, I was too uncomfortable to bear it. I thought that I would do a breathing treatment to make myself feel better. To this day, I still wonder why in the world I thought that a breathing treatment would be effective even though I was breathing just fine and the pain was in my arm and neck.Anyway, I took out my nebulizer and albuterol and started the machine. I took one deep breath and the pain shot up from about a 5 to past a 10. I cried for my son to call 911.I made it to the local hospital, and they performed many tests and gave by nitro glycerin four times. They then stabilized me so that I could fly in the Flight for Life helicopter into the city for emergency surgery. In the city, I had a stent put in. That night, the nurse accidentally opened up my surgical site and blood splattered everywhere, making me lose so much blood that I needed two transfusions.I was told that I was lucky to be alive, and that I should have come in to the hospital when I first felt the pain in my arm and neck, and that that would have saved me a lot of trouble. I also suffered a mild brain injury because I didn’t have enough oxygen going to my head.

Weird intense thud feeling in middle of upper left side of chest.... not sure if it is heart issue or not... p?

For a while I have been getting these thud bounce like feeling in my chest. It is in the middle and starts around the "boob" ish area but on the side in the middle of my chest. For a while I thought it was a heart problem, but I realized it might not be. I have gone to the doctor and had ekg's, echo, holter monitor, chest x-ray, blood work. I am 21 year old female, overweight, anxiety.
When I get them then I freak out.
I do get them when I am anxious.... but someone told me they think it could be indigestion?
When I get nervous my stomach writhes, which leaves me with stomach issues. 99% of the time I have gotten these I have eaten within a half hour and I eat so fast and probably for sure dont chew my food fully because I am always in such a hurry.

Any help would be fantastic!
