What is the difference between carriage return and line feed in assembly language?
Carriage return, abbreviated CR (ASCII 13, "\r" or 0Dh) and line feed, abbreviated LF (ASCII 10, "\n" or 0Ah) are characters which go back to old teletype terminals, which were basically just typewriters hooked up to a computer. Instead of a screen or display, the terminal printed out the text on a paper roll. - A carriage return moved the carriage (which had the paper feed) back to the beginning of a line. - A line feed advanced the paper feed by one line. In order to start writing at the beginning of a new line, the teleprinter had to do both actions. Modern day operating systems have adapted these characters to represent line breaks ("enter" keys). But not all of them use the same sequence: - Windows uses the combination CR+LF as a line terminator ("\r\n"). - Unix / Linux and Mac OS X use just a single LF ("\n"). - Older Mac operating systems use a single CR ("\r"). Some higher level programming languages have made this less confusing by automatically doing the right thing. For example, in C a single "\n" maps to the correct sequence depending on the operating system it is compiled for. In assembly, you should just experiment a bit by printing either 0Dh, 0Ah (Windows-style) or just plain 0Ah (*nix-style).

carriage return (\r) is ASCII character 0x0D. new line (\n) is ASCII character 0x0A. carriage return returns the cursor to the first position in a line and new line moves the cursor to the next line without going to the first position. Technically that is what they are for, and comes from the teletype days where two actions had to happen to go to the start of a new line (CR, LF). In reality, with some applications all that is needed is new line and the application automatically assumes a carriage return also. Som programs require both, like a terminal emulator. You can send just one but with CR the cursor returns to the biginning of the current line and will over write what is there. With LF the cursor will go to the next line, but at the current position in the line.
What happens if I forget my lines on stage?
i haven't had trouble with stage fright, quite the contrary. When I get on stage my fears go away. Some good tips would be to not look at the audience but look just above the mass of heads (somewhat like looking at the horizon b/w the sea and sky). Another I learned was listen to the other people's lines, then you can feed off their lines. Even if you don't get them perfect down to the last detail only the cast and director will know, not the audience who is the real critics (its not like they have a script!). If people tell you to loosen up then do just that. relax all your muscles before going on stage and breathe slowly in and out. Try and fit into your character's shoes. Before I really get some feeling into my lines I figure out who my character is: WHat does she look like? What does she sound like? What does she do? things like that. hope that helped!
I have a red line from my hand going up my arm. It keeps getting bigger. Does that mean infection?
I went to the doctor and she was puzzled as to why I had a red line. A red line does mean infection. But I did not have any cuts, puncture wounds or even a bug bite. I never ran fever and the line was faded the next day. She did give me anitbotics and told me to call if it gets worse. Thank you all for your comments, just wanted to let you know what happened.

Its quite natural if you have this feeling at this age. Everyone goes through such kind of a feeling in his/her childhood days.I was also hovered by such thoughts when I was a child and this curiosity whithin me and the inquisitiveness led me to go deep into space science and spiritual life and discover some really beautiful and mind boggling things which as a child were too bizarre to grasp or even to comprehend. As I studied and developed interest in these two streams, my vision got clear.I can't say I found the answer whether God exists or not but a vision to carry out my own research, my thoughts and I felt satisfied.One should not just go through life. One should grow through life. Life is not meant for going through. Its meant for growing through.So, to answer you question, I would suggest you to read more and more if that interests you but if that fears the shit out of you with this horrific feeling of death, just remember that we've got only one life - cherish it to its fullest. Also, a good instructor can be a wonderful resource, someone to help you with any questions or concerns about your dog. Leash training can take a LOT of time and patience, depending upon the dog. I'm not sure what you mean by 'horrible on a leash' but my basic suggestion is that you take a lot of yummy treats with you on walks. When your dog behaves well on the leash (not pulling) praise her and give her treats. Change direction a lot so that she learns to pay attention to YOU and where you are going. It's also helpful to teach a "Watch Me" command such that whenever your dog looks at you you praise her and give her a treat. About chewing, yes a Kong is a great chew toy. Some dogs also like Nylabone brand bones. I suggest also teaching a "Leave It" command. You use this when she shows interest in chewing on something she shouldn't. Then immediately give her something she is allowed to chew, such as the Kong stuffed with somethig yummy. This same command will be helpful on walks when she wants to sniff or eat something she shouldn't. Again, when she does leave the item alone, be sure to give lots of praise. I would look into an obedience class right away. I think that you'll find that a good obedience class can help enormously! Good luck and enjoy your new dog.
