I Have To Sleep Within 24 Hours

No Sleep for 24 hours.....?

I really need to get my sleeping back on track! The thing is,...:
I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 5pm! I am really not tired, so Im gonna stay up all night and then go to sleep earlier since I know ill be tired! So is that a good idea? I mean, I had like 12 hours of sleep, but will staying up all night just this once be bad? What really only happens if I don't get enough sleep is I might get a migrane. Im just afraid that I will get like some sort of bad physical problem if i stay up just this once without sleeping. Am I overreacting? And will it be O.K. if i do it? Thanks for any information.

I want to sleep for 24 hours straight?

There is no safe or pleasant way to sleep for 24 hrs straight. Your normal body functions will not allow it. Before I mention the two ways that I know of how to stay asleep for 24 hrs., I must reiterate that there is no safe or pleasant way to do this. The first way is putting yourself in a comma. Either with great bodily injury or a sharp blow to the head. Both of which can kill you or give you brain damage. The second way is a medically induced comma. This can be done with sleeping pills, but, then again, it can easily put you into an irreversible comma, cause brain damage, or kill you. The other safely preformed on a regular basis medically induced comma is done with high grade stuff that you will not be able to get your hands on. Plus it has to be closely monitored or you will wake up or it will kill you. My suggestion is to just take a universal chill pill. ****'s always gone mess up, sometimes it's your fault sometimes it's not. Try to let whatever it is that is concerning you go when you try to go to sleep at night and get as much sleep as you can right now.
