This is the message that I received for liking/commenting on any Instagram photo: "Action blocked". What can I do to fix this problem, or to get in touch with someone from Instagram?

Why action blocked?Basically, it comes when you do all the liking for too many pictures in a short period of time. sometimes it sounds doesn't make sense at all but yeah, Instagram just doing their job for security How long does it takes to getting unblock?I'd say, according to the Instagram itself, it will cost around 24 hours to get back to comment or like pictures once you have been blocked. that is what they say but for some people, it takes longer than that. And even some people are prone from not getting unblock by the Instagram. this may due to their comments beforehand were kinda spam ,according to their commenting protocol or whatsoever version are they've been called of.Getting blocked for the first time?Based on my experiment aka experience before, they prone to block my account within 24 hours and NOT more than that period of time. so, be calm. still, within that 24 hours, I can like and comment some pictures by using Instagram for desktop. you know that Instagram also has this feature to view your timeline on desktop, but no uploading pictures in their feature. My advice to those who got blocked for the first time, just wait for another 24 hours. rest and take a nap perhaps.Getting blocked for several times already? Not really for the second timer and above as this feature too, for the first timer. try to comment or like on any pictures. usually this will appear right after your trial.Just follow the instruction given as this will bring you to be unblocked from accessing your own account later. This is how it will look alike. and I was using Instagram for desktop at that time because my phone won't work to show this kind of feature. yeah, quite an internet connection problem at that time.As you know, if your Instagram on phone doesn't work, you can try on the desktop version. just enter the code/number, then you can enjoy your Instagram again. Is there any type of Instagram block?I'd say yes to this question because we, Instagrammer too can block certain users from accessing our account or for whatever reasons it is. sometimes you only can like picture but not to comment on that particular picture and vice versa. This tip work for me though. Hope it will work for you.

Can you hide someone's likes on fb?

As detailed inmost answers below a like can’t be hiddenHere is what happens when you block a personIf a post has 10 likes including that of the one person you’ve blocked, it will still show as 10 likes, but when you click to see who has liked then it will give you nine names and the one you blocked is hidden.Ditto with banning a person from a page.If they’ve commented, you can see the comment but not others.Likes and comments by them in public groups are visible to all.Vice versa if they block or ban you. Deleting that post will remove everyone’s likes and comments.

How long will the block for liking pages on Facebook last?

Not sure how long a block should/would last. I combed through the "Help" section of Facebook and could not find anything about being blocked from liking pages. However, with further research I did find some information about liking pages. I would like to point out that there is a limit - a Facebook User can only like 5000 pages - but there is no rhyme or reason for this limit at least not given in the answer they provide. My best advice is that it may be in your best interest to look at your current liked pages and see if you can pare them down leaving you room to like additional pages. Hopefully, this will help you out.

How can you tell if you're banned from a Facebook fan page?

I honestly don't know what happened? Could I have been banned?

The thing is I comment sometimes on these Facebook fan Pages, and all that I can remember is I did comment a negative comment, but it wasn't even that bad in the first place, everyone else was negative in the post, and I was sharing my thoughts (It was just a meme that was just plain incorrect). And out of know where when I want to comment something, the comment box isn't even there, I can't like anyone's post, or post on their Facebook page. Does that practically indicate that I have been banned on their Facebook page? I mean I know their privacy wasn't changed because I see 3k people like the picture/meme, and 200+ comments. They couldn't have restricted it so vastly?

Maybe I am wrong, and they did restrict privacy to the page, can anyone let me know if "you" can comment or post to their Facebook Page? https://www.facebook.com/Anime.is.better.than.Cartoons?ref=stream

I mean most Facebook fan pages you can comment regardless of liking their page. Let me know if you can comment and you haven't even liked their page. Because if you can, I guess sadly the only conclusion is, I have been banned...

Some pages automatically got liked by my Facebook account. What should I do to avoid it?

This is happen only if you have given access to any App or any website that used to auto like and claim they will increase your followers, photo, status like etc. So log in to your Facebook account and then navigate Apps or directly go here: https://www.facebook.com/bookmar...  to check if there is any APP, that is not identified by you. Just Click on gear icon and Click remove. Also there some website that used Clickjacking script to get Facebook likes, when user land on their web page. You can't help this, just to be sure which Facebook page you liked recently, go to your Facebook profile then click on About below your Cover Photo, scroll down to Likes section, point at 'MORE' on right side and select 'Other Likes'ORTimeline > More > Likes then just Unlike the pages you don't want to keep on your profile.

My Facebook account says I liked many pages that I didn't even know about.  Even though I click unlike, they still show after I refresh the  page. I have tried changing my password many times, but it doesn't change. How can this can happen? How can I fix it?

Contrary to the plethora of other answers, the root issue is likely a rogue app.I noticed this today after seeing random pages I’ve never liked turn up in my newsfeed. After some digging, I found some suspicious-looking apps connected to my account, some of which having to do with stupid surveys. I’ve read elsewhere that some apps (particularly the survey ones) can and WILL secretly like pages because it’s the easiest (and cheapest) way to advertise without asking the user for permission or paying a single dime.I disconnected all suspicious apps and am in the process of unliking these pages for the third time. I also changed my password to something more complex just to be safe. So far, everything appears to work properly now and I am confident the pages won’t keep appearing.Follow these steps to tighten your account security and maybe have Facebook email you whenever a new device logs in to your account.General rule of thumb: Be wary which websites you login to with Facebook as some applications are literally nothing, but trojans disguised as pretty logos. Another general rule of thumb: Never assume your Facebook account (or any account) is immune to trojans!

Why is Top Ten Hen taking over social media, especially Facebook?

Several of the pages I "liked" continually post Top Ten Hen links, and even though people comment that they don't like Top Ten Hen and those posts get fewer likes and comments, they continue to come up. It started in one page, and now it's a lot of them... What happened? When did this even start? Is this happening to you, too?
Thank you.

Why did Facebook block me from commenting or liking for 72 hours saying, "you have posted something that violates Facebook policies”?

Check your Support inbox on Facebook as shown in the image below. You will find the exact reason why Facebook blocked you.
