My LG Optimus L4 II E44 won't turn on. The service guys say it's software is pirated but I don't understand how. What can I do now, can I root it?

You can do two things here!Factory Reset method : 1. press and hold together: Volume Down + Home button + Power button for a couple of seconds.2.Release held keys when the LG Logo appears on the screen.3.Wait to complete the operation.4.The hard reset has just been performed.After you start your phone, it looks alike a new phone. If that problem arouse because of any pirated app in your phone, then factory reset will clear out this problem. Phone will be safe. 2. If Phone OS is corrupted by malware, then factory reset won't do anything on your phone. So, its better to change the OS by getting authorized service centre. It wil clear out the problem. The best way to extend the life of a li-ion/lipo battery is to charge to 80% or 90%, and only discharge to 30%-- and also minimize exposure to heat (don't leave your phone in the car).Realistically, it's just easier to have multiples batteries in rotation, so that the wear is spread out over time.

the phone blinks a blue light most of the time sometimes red , i figured out the green means the battery is fully charged , but havent figured out the blue and red , i havent let the battery get below 50% so i dont think the red means low bat

It was like my precious gold, packed into a small bar. Until one day, I was riding bicycle and unfortunately it slipped down from my pants and hit hard the road. I told my father bout it and he sent to repair shop. I waited eagerly for the phone but lastly the phone couldn't be saved. I got Motorola L6 as a replacement to my now ‘deceased’ phone.Even though I ‘lost' the phone, it was certainly a great experience using the phone.
