I Just Watched Devils Due And I Can

Would my parents be okay if I watched the anime Blue Exorcist?

I don't know your parents. Some "christian" parents don't really care, they're just "christian" in name.

Depends how religious they are. Technically everything you do in life in the Christian religion is a sin so practically everything you do is a sin and you shouldn't do anything. Even shaving is a sin, even having to ask this because it revolves the devil's son

I dunno, maybe I just don't like a lot of ultra-religious people because we just can't see things on the same page. Although many of them are cool, and aren't bad people, but no I would not say they would approve of such activities. Anime especially would be considered the devil's creation by some Christians due to the excessive amount of sexuality and blood in some of them.

It depends on how strict your parents are, and how religious they are. Personally if you have to ask.. the answer is probably no. I'd have you ask them their opinions on anime itself, although chances are they don't watch it so they might not have an opinion on it.

Can dust devills be dangerous?

From someone with a similar awe for tornadoes, and one who has yet to see a dustdevil (never been to that part of the country), I really have to say the answer is a pretty much consistant no.

Tornadoes can be much stronger and longer lived because they form in much more persistant conditions and extend from the ground up into the cloud. Dustdevils indeed form due to the temperature differences near very strong convection (heating from the sun). Dustdevils don't last very long and are much shallower. I've never heard of a dustdevil causing damage either (though I suspect occasionally an exceptionally strong one might cause some minor damage similar to an F0 tornado). I've seen videos of kids running and playing in them in a hay field before, so methinks you're right not to be worried about them... though I know I would be equally as wary of them coming from back east!

Hope I helped,
Shane

Can the devils come back?

I picked Ottawa in 5, so it's all going according to plan.:) Now I actually hope Emery has a bad night and NJ win tonight 5-4. So then I can get some more points in my players pool. Hahaha! If Heatly, Spezza and Alfredson have a couple more big games the pool is mine! Ottawa is far too good for Jersey this year. I know the games have been close, but Emery is an average goalie by league standards. If this series was closer, I'm pretty sure Ottawa can play even better than they have, if they needed to. They have basically been in control all series except when Emery has let in a few suspect goals. I don't mean to trash talk or anything but I've felt for a long time that Brodeur is highly overrated. He is very athletic and quick, don't get me wrong, but as long as I have watched hockey, which is since I was just little. He has always let in a fare amount of suspect long shots. I don't think he is among the best reaction goalies out there. His game is all size, positioning and speed. I feel it has been the team game that New Jersey plays and the great defense core they had, led by Stevens and Niedermayer (Who will win another Cup this year with the Ducks in my estimation) that has attributed to Brodeur's great numbers. He is a very confident goalie becasue of all of his success and that has made him even better I think. I feel that he is one of the best in the world, but many say he is perhaps one of the greatest of all time and personally, I just don't see it. In the years where NJ won the Cup, Brodeur never had to be great on most nights and usually wasn't in my view. I know Brodeur will win the Vezina as best goaltender this year in the regular season, but that doesn't always mean it's the right choice. I'd trade him if I was there GM. He is worth more in trade than on the ice. You could get at least three quality players for a commodity like Brodeur. Do I think NJ can come back, obviously no. I didn't think they stood a chance at the start. Ottawa is very experienced and has good depth players. I use to really like NJ, but there defense core and forward depth is not currently what it once was.

Have you ever met the devil?

I unfortunately have. I am able to comunicate with multi dimentional entities. I have a fairly large number of angels that surround me and protect me A family member had to go to a psychiatric hospital for depression. When he came home, the atmosphere changed drastically in my house. My angels said he unknowingly brought demons back. I couldn't see them. I knew of someone who could see them, so I took pictures of my house and family members, and there were, in fact, several demons. It was a very long and arduous process to get rid of them. I ended up seeing them 2 different times. Once was in the shower after I had done some saging. When I closed my eyes to wash my hair I saw a bunch clearly, and they were attacking me. It was horrifying! Knowing demons were in the house was one thing, but actually seeing them was another matter. The second time I saw them was also after I saged my house. I was doing a salt water cleansing footbath and closed my eyes. Once again, I saw the demons attacking. I felt utterly helpless. I had some new angels helping me who could banish, but as soon as they got rid of one, another would show up.I ended up finding out we had a portal, that was why they were so hard to get rid of. A friend was able to finally close it and remove the remaining demons. I haven't had any problem since. The same friend told me my son has powers to see entities as well, which I had no idea. I just told my son to close his eyes and tell me what he sees. He was able to see a lot of our angels and has also seen Archangel Raphael heal our family. He sees Archangel Michael quite often as well. He is able to communicate with them much easier than I ever have.

How can I stop getting scared after watching a horror movie?

Yes. I use these two techniques personally. I'm so shit scared that when I need to pee in middle of the night I probably need someone outside the bathroom door keeping a watch for me (just in case those fictional characters were real and would come to kill me at night while peeing. Haha yes, mind doesn't work by logic at night.)Technique No. 1 -So the technique number 1 is to watch it in mute. Unmute when dialogues are being said. But keeping it on mute will allow you to be not that scared when something or someone suddenly appears.Sound effects of these movies make it more scary.Another psychological hack with this is that watching it on mute won't let you completely submerge in the scary atmosphere, you'd be able to differentiate between what's a real world and fiction.Hence, you'd be way more less scared.Technique No. 2 —So this may sound stupid but it works. So be with me here. I use it. It does help.Step 1 - Make your friends or family watch it with you.Step 2 - When you start feeling scared, make jokes on the movie, make fun of it.The psychology behind this is to ridicule it that your brain knows it's not supposed to take the scary movie seriously. And hence, to not get scared.I hope this helped you. Happy Scary-loween!

Ok i know constantine is kind of an old movie but i watched it recently and a couple of questions came to mind

John tricked the Devil by sacrificing himself for the release of another from Hell, which secured his place in Heaven. The Devil then pulled all of the cancer from John's body so he would live a long life on earth instead of going to Heaven.

Sulfur is the smell of Hell, due to all of the fire and Brimstone. Demons give off this scent when they are around.

I see the mud as just showing that Hell is a dirty place and Satan is a dirty being who wallows in blackness and misery.

The devil's rejects/house of 1000 corpses?

while I agree with the other posters and the reviews you read that Rejects is the better film, I am glad I saw Corpses first. There are some things that happen to the characters in the second film that you don't fully appreciate if you do not watch the first one. I don't want to spoil either for you but I'll just say that I would watch the first one first. There is a bit more than just the same characters, the reactions other characters have towards them, the way they are treated by others at some points is hard to understand if you have not seen the first one.

This is hard to explain without spoiling, sorry I can't do a better job, just watch Corpses first then Rejects and you will understand when you watch them back to back.

Oh sorry I missed your other question the main selling feature is gore, there isn't really much else to them. Since they are basically inspired by better films of the 70's these 2 are just really gore and not much else. I mean they were better than Hostel or the recent Saw films, but no where near as good as Saw (one), Haute Tension, Last House on the Left (original), Halloween (original), etc.

Why is the devil's number considered to be 666?

Not a lot of people know this secret, so be careful who you tell.Mathematically, the number 666 can be broken down into factors of 2, 3, 3, and 37.[math]2\cdot 3\cdot 3\cdot 37=666[/math]If we were to take all of these factors and add them together, we get the answer of 45. Remember this number, it is going to be important.[math]2+3+3+37=45[/math]Now if we were to take the number 666 and compare it to evil itself, it would be important to understand exactly what EVIL is.By assigning a value 1–26 respectively to each of the letters in the alphabet, we get the following values.E- 5V- 22I- 9L- 12Now what happens if we add all these assigned values together?[math]5+22+9+12=48[/math]Remember the number we saved previously? 45.Now what do the numbers 45 and 48 have in common? At first glance, not a whole lot will surface. That is, until you recall…Now tell me. How many sides are there on a triangle!?!?!?THREE.[math]45+3=48[/math]We have linked the number 666 to EVIL, and we have also proved the Illuminati is behind it all.On a side note, I kid you not a friend texted this picture to me while I was working on this answer, and had no idea of what I was doing at the moment.Coincidence? I think not!…but that’s not what they want us to think.

If you believe in God, do you also believe in the Devil?

You can answer the question or read my bizarre experience if you want.

I am currently Atheist, due to too many complications with religious psychosis and OCD during my younger days. Actually my story takes place on June 6th 2006. 06/06/06 666. Anyways, I finished watching the movie that came out that day about the exorcism of Emily Rose. I was scared poopless when I went to sleep at night, but felt alright because I had a huge Jesus on the cross canvas and the Virgin Mary statue and lots of rosaries and holy water of course. K so here it goes. I wake up exactly 2:55 am, I have a digital clock next to me, I feel uneasiness. I swear to you people, right when that clock hit 3am, the Jesus canvas falls from its place on the wall falling onto all the statue, holy water bowl, rosaries and literally knocks them over breaking EVERYTHING as well as ripping the canvas. I screamed and woke my parents up, they were like im crazy. I said YOUR crazy, that canvas had been on the wall for 3 years now, why today, why 3am when the movie signifies the Devil's approaching time. Maybe if enough minds focus on a subject, wierd things can happen? Very paranormal..........
