I Keel Seeing Job Adverts For A Graduate Commercial Trainee What Does That Actually Mean

Military Recruiting Commercials Misleading?

Many of armed forces commercials show such things as flying fighter jets and other cool stuff. However, becoming a fighter pilot, Navy SEAL or, other elite member of the military is a remote possibility.

For example, to become a fighter pilot you must have
1. physical requirements
20/20 vision, no minor health problems (heart mummurs, diabetes, etc), be between a certain height. You cannot be too tall to be a pilot or serve on a submarine
2. be an officer not enlisted. This means a college degree is required
3. be accepted and pass in jet fighter program

Realize there are very few jet fighters (only about 22 B-2 bombers), submarines, etc. Therefore, the opportunities are very limited.

Are these commercials selling dreams that 99.9% will never achieve?

How much do real estate appraisers/agents make a year?

I work for a real estate company and this is a very subjective question. There are many factors that influence this such as the market, the area, and the company. However, the biggest factor is commission. You don't get paid if you don't sell a house. A decent agent makes upwards of $50,000 and a very productive agent can easily make six figures. Again, this all depends on a variety of factors such as the market.

Lying on resume - making up experience?

all jobs require 3-5 years prior experience...........

entry-level job? no such thing.

so ----- the only way to get hired is by making up experience. yes?

I could claim I worked at a place that recently closed so that way no one can contact them.

and I could get my friends to pose as references.

Most of you think this is unethical..........

oh? but the employer is being unethical by not giving me a chance.
if they don't play nice, why should I?
