I Keep Feeling Dizzy And Sick

I feel really dizzy and sick?

since friday last week ive been continually feeling dizzy and sick and ive also began to lose my balance and i don't know whats wrong. Ive been to see a doctor and hes given me some tablets but i wondered if there's anything else i can do and i also wonder whats up with me so if some one could answer me these that would be great :D thanks

Why do get dizzy or feel sick when?

Sounds like vertigo and happens when fluid balance in inner ear is misplaced. It's often an individual thing. The best you can do is make sure you are hydrated and if that isn't the problem, stay away from activities which invoke your vertigo....i.e, those requiring rapid changing balance demands.

I'm predicting you won't ever fly F-16s in Air Force, but you can avoid the nausea and dizziness, which are horrible feelings, by avoiding activities which demand great balance.

Strobe lights can cause seizures by triggering deep parts of brain.

Feeling extremely horny, along with dizzy & sick in The days right before period. Please help?

I know my period will most likey come on within the next few days. I feel horny like 96% of the time before my period, but I don't usually feel dizzy. I've felt dizzy like this a few tikes in my life, but never noticed it being during or before my period. And, usually if I am dizzy at night, I go to sleep and when I wake its over. But not this time, its the next day and i still feel on/off dizziness. Its minor compared to yesterday, but I still feel sick. Also, what I noticed this time, is That I can hardly keep from just pulling off my pants and going to the nearest penis shaped item (real penis or not) and going to just f*** it. Sorry for talking like that, but its how I feel. I am 20 years old. So, EXTREME horniness, dizziness with tiredness/ sick feeling, & stomach ache/nausea. Are any of these normal PMS symptoms to come before period? I would just like to know if anyone experienced these things, specifically in the days leading up to thier period.
Thanks so much.

Feeling dizzy, faint, sick, headaches, back pain and depressed. what could this be?

Hi Jarrod, I think at your age the physical symptoms you're describing are more than likely linked to your feelings of depression. If you are depressed then the world can seem like a scary place and depression can be linked to feelings of anxiety, which can cause symptoms of dizziness, sickness and headaches etc. The back pain could also be related to stress. I think the fact that you say you feel dizzy and faint when you think about serious illnesses indicates that you are a bit of a hypochondriac (someone who thinks they have illnesses when they are fine) and are stressing yourself out to the point you are giving yourself physical symptoms. However, it might be best to go to the doctor and explain your feelings and symptoms just so he/she can give you professional advice on how to stop you feeling like this.

I was a bit of a worrier at your age as well and the important thing to remember is you won't always feel as you do today. It will pass, trust me. When you start to feel sick or dizzy take deep breaths and tell yourself (literally) that you are fine. Do something you enjoy and takes you outside of your own thoughts for a while even if it's as simple as watching an episode of your favourite t.v show or something. Lots and lots of Luck!

When ever im in a church i feel dizzy and sick ?

That's a problem. I would suggest you stop taking it bent over on your knees.

I'm feeling dizzy and nausea please please need help.!?

You probably are suffering from the following:

Vertigo- is a specific type of dizziness, a major symptom of a balance disorder. It is the sensation of spinning or swaying while the body is actually stationary with respect to the surroundings

The effects of vertigo may be slight. It can cause nausea and vomiting and, in severe cases, it may give rise to difficulties with standing and walking

Vertigo is usually associated with a problem in the inner ear balance mechanisms (vestibular system), in the syndrome and Meniere's disease.
Nausea with a 'fair ground' rotational element to it is most often linked to an infection or inflammation affecting the balance apparatus of the inner ea

Other causes for dizziness and nausea are:
food allergies
certain meds such as OTC Benadryl
Sleep patterns- sleep deprivation .
Poor diet- skipped meals
Hunger
Dehydration
Blood sugar level is low
Anemic
High blood pressure -limit salt intake

Orthosthatic or Postural Hypertension- which occurs when you turn your head rapidly or get up to your feet from lying quickly.

Treatment:
It is known that centrally acting antihistamines modulate the symptoms of motion sickness. The symptoms may be eased by taking travel sickness medication that is available over the counter prior to attending your doctor in the next week or so

Other herbal remedies:
Sip ginger tea or place pure minced ginger root in your food
.Chew on a fresh mint leaf or try essential oil mint drops for the nausea.

If your symptoms fail to settle spontaneously, referral to an ear nose and throat specialist may be required to investigate your condition
