Why do i keep having dreams about high school?
Quite simply, it's just nerves. The same thing happened to me the week before I started high school. Try calming yourself down by learning everything you can about your new school, trying to make contact with fellow students, or picking up a book from the library and studying something you're nervous about failing. Or, try to stop focusing on next year and enjoy your summer vacation!
I keep having dreams of being back in high school?
your unsure about life, your life, and high school was so simple and easy, and carefree. I mean you may not realize it but you may have had the same stresses and worries the 1st year of high school but you adapted. Alot of people take a year or more off from college to think it thru, I did. After my break I only went partime. Now I am 24 and I am desperate to graduate like tomorrow, but I have to do 2-3 more years atleast. You have to realize sweetie, that in life there are phases. High school was a phase, and a sweet memory that you dont ever have to forget. A career is a long term phase, whatever career path you choose is going to affect your life. What you do to prepare for that career path, college, is going to affect how you live your life. Stay in school sweetie. if you can dedicate four years to high school you can do it for college. if you are not sure what you want to do, thats fine. the first two years or so of college are your general requirements, the last two have to do with your major. Think about what you like doing and what you want to do. For example I am the queen of indecisiveness... I just decided this year what I wanted to do. I love children and people and politics and I want to make the world a better place My major is sociology with a minor in political science. I want to work in public service with the state to improve living conditions for people develop programs that will support that , and eventually go into politcs to do more. Believe me I bounced around a lot. what really put that into perspective is a personal issue I had going on in my family, I saw how someone close to me treated their children and I knew that I did not want that for anyone. that started the thinking process and from there I developed it over time so dont worry about some light bulb going off in your head saying thats it thats the one cause its not.
I keep having dreams about school lockdowns?
Well,if there is nothing violent going on in your area maybe you've been watching too many scary movie? Or,maybe the news lately is violent and is having you dream some scary stuff. Anything can effect your dreams at night. For example,I went to go watch TV but whenever there was a commercial,it was an ad to donate money to cancer. So,that night,I had a dream someone in my family had cancer and died. Or maybe,it's just your conscience. If you did something bad,odds are you'll have bad dreams. Hope this helps.
Why do I keep having dreams about school?
For the past three days, I've had dreams about school. The two I remember, it was the first day of school, and I was in a random school gym. We were going through this HUGE obstacle course that circles to the ceiling. We started doing it, and we ended up on the ground. There was another schools gym teacher, and were were crawling through fried rice. Then, it started snowing, and it ended. The night before, it was the first day f school. I walked out of my worst hated teacher's classroom, and headed down 2 fights of stairs to the second floor. The teacher's classroom was on the third, which makes no sense. I started walking as everyone else did their own things, and my pregnant teacher walked by. Which also doesn't make sense; she should have had it by now. I walked into a classroom that I didn't know, yet was around teachers I DID know. I was a Junior, yet, all of them were Juniors and Seniors. I didn't know any. I sat down, and I saw the teacher, a person I've never seen before. Then, the dream ended. What could these mean? I haven't done anything lately, so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Am I socially deprived? Help! :(
Why do I keep having dreams about my high school crush?
I'm really confused on why I keep having dreams with my high school crush. I been outta hs for about 8 years now. I have a bf of 9 years and I love him more then anything. The guy is married and lives in a different state then me. We haven't talked in who knows when. But he was my biggest crush even thou nothing ever happened with us. Why am I dreaming of him? Sometimes in the dreams ill be with my bf and he'll be married. Or sometimes we are together in the dream. I'm confused

well the last 4 i remeber is that i was at school and someone tells me that the princapal has let the boys from the columbine shooting come to our school....later on in the dream they shot up the school and me and this other dude escaped another one was about anthor man shot up my old middle school but the man was a old wrestler named mankind that shot up my school yesterday i had a dream that i was at P.E and two dudes came out the woods and started shooting at me and he was running right behind me but wouldnt shoot me A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO I SAW A DOCUMENTRY AOBUT COLUMBINE MAYBE THATS IS WHY
I keep having dreams about school shootings?
So, over the past few weeks, I have had recurring dreams about school shootings, and I am absolutely terrified of the thought of a school shooting, my dreams have gotten so bad that ive gotten to the point where I would wake up in cold sweat. I think my initial fear came from when I was a freshmen in highschool, and we have 2 other high schools around us, and someone had used the app Yik Yak to tell a neighboring school that he was coming to their school with a semi automatic at exactly 11, that school went in lockdown for 6 hours, after they got out of lockdown, in the last 30 minutes of our school day, the same person said he was coming to our school. Just the though of someone coming to school with the sole purpose of killing terrifies me. I keep having dreams about school shootings, and I need them to stop as I don't want to be afraid of going back to school for sophomore year.
Why do i keep having dreams about changing school's?

The first thing I would ask is whether there's been some upheaval or big change in your life this might represent. Schools usually represent that you're learning a lesson but here the operative word is change and confusion, feeling out of place. A big switch, and you're longing for the way things were before.
Why do I keep having dreams about old friends?
It depends, dreams come from our subconscious and a number of things could trigger your dreams.It could be that something in your waking life has triggered the memory of your friends/friend. It could be a smell, a place, a thing that you would associate with that person or people. For example, maybe you catch a whiff of a perfume/aftershave your friend used to wear, it activates the memory in your mind with or without you being aware.Maybe you long subconsciously for what these friends provided to you such as the happiness you gained from that friendship and enjoying their time. Or miss there personalities and deep down would like to reconnect.how did you feel in the dream? Were you happy? How did it make you feel after?It could be a symbol, it could be a triggered memory, it could be something that subconsciously you crave and desire.
