I keep having dreams about missing my bus?
It means you keep missing the opportunity to learn a lesson that you've been failing to master. At school you learn things but if you miss the bus, then you miss the opportunity. You then have to walk so it means you are learning the hard way.

I'm not a dream interpreter or anything but in my opinion, it means that you are not trying hard enough in real to achieve your goals and put yourself in a better position over others in things and therefore, miss out. The bus is like your journey in life. There is probably something you really desire but can't get to because something is in the way - time.

Prepare all your clothes and other school stuff the night before.. Or you could wake up a little earlier... Give yourself a time frame in which to get ready like say an Hour.. In that hour you need to have everything done. An you're ready to go catch the bus.. If your brother wants to argue just say sorry man gotta go catch the bus
Teen daughter keeps missing the bus. Need Advice?
She's 17, a Senior in high school, and it seems like she's been missing the bus at least once a week for the past month or so. I have to be at work at 7:30am, so I have to leave at around 7 o'clock, and her bus comes at 7:10, so I can't drive her if she misses it. The first time she missed the bus was earlier this month, and it's never happened before, so I just let it go and didn't think anything of it. But then it happened again, and I still let it go. Then the third time she did it, I sat down and had a talk with her. She swore that she hasn't been doing it on purpose, and the bus has been coming earlier than it's supposed to. I told her that I want her to start walking to the bus stop before I leave for work so she doesn't miss it. I see her leave to walk to the bus stop every morning, yet she still continues to "miss the bus" and it's pretty clear she's doing it on purpose. I asked her if there's a reason she doesn't want to go to school, and if someone's bothering her. She told me that nothing's wrong, and she's just been stopping at 7-11 every morning on her way to the bus stop, and that's why she's been missing it. I took away her phone because that's just ridiculous. This is unlike her. I'm off work today, so I made sure she's in school, but I don't know what else to do if this happens again. She gets decent grades, and she's never had any behavioral problems. All her teachers say she's a good kid, I don't know what's gotten into her.
What should I do if I missed the bus and my mom won't take me in?
I had this problem with my first grade daughter. She kept missing the bus for no good reason. I told her if she missed again and I had to drive her she had to pay me $1 up front to cover the cost of my gas. She had very little money and she hoarded it like Scrooge. She is good for a few days and gets on the bus but of course one day she says “Dad I missed the bus and you have to drive me”. I said she would have to pay me that dollar up front before I would take her. She loved school and was highly motivated to go but was outraged that I would charge her $1.She reluctantly paid but she said I would be in “big trouble when Mom got home!”. At the end of the day she gets off the bus and she is still steaming mad at me for this great injustice. Now remember she is only about 6 years old but she is an only child and in her little mind she thinks she is the boss and equal to any adult because we typically reasoned with her instead of falling back on the old “because I said so”.She demands her dollar back. I say no. That dollar is gone but I tell her she can earn a dollar back if she does something nice for her Mom like emptying the dishwasher. “Fine”. She storms off and empties the dishwasher and comes to me for payment. I reach into my wallet to hand her a buck and she says, “No Dad, I want the same dollar I gave you!”. I went back into my wallet and pretended I knew which dollar it was and I gave it to her.She never missed the bus again and last weekend that strong willed bossy little girl graduated from the University of Michigan with honors.

Seriously when I was your age I would have tried to make up an excuse to get away with something like this. However now I have kids of my own I would much prefer to be told the truth than a pack of lies. If I were you I would come clean and explain you missed the bus because you weren't ready. Tell her that when you go to school tomorrow you will speak to the teachers of the classes you missed and get then work from them that you should have done today. If I was your Mom I would appreciate this better than some bad story that will eventually catch you up and bite you in the ***! Good luck kid ;)
OMG HELP ME I MISSED THE BUS AGAIN!?
Im reaaaally worried. School is going to phone in a minute asking hwy im not in school? Why am I not in school? Because I missed the bus. AGAIN!! THIS IS HAPPENING FAR TOO OFTEN. On average once a week I am missing the bus & either having the day off school or going in real late. I am late for school most days, and am ill quite a lot. I've lost count of the number of days off school I have had but I can tell you now all together it has been over 2 weeks (thats just being ill.) What is going to happen??? I've kept trying to call my dad and he is cutting me off! P.S I was off last monday & was late everyday.
What will you do if you miss the last bus?
Depends on the situation I am in.First ill check when is the next bus towards destination or back home.If it gets too late ill inform people about the delay.If the destination is close enough, ill walk.If the destination is far, ill take an auto or book a cab.If no autos/cabs are available and its far, ill ask for lift.If nothing of above are available, ill take a bus back to source.If the source is close enough,ill walk back.If the source is far, ill take an auto or book a cab back.If no autos/cabs are available and its far, ill ask for lift back.If I have fully charged phone and internet connection, ill waste few minutesreading and answering such dumb questions.Ill curse the universe and my luck for back stabbing me ;)
Missing school bus recurring dream?
I keep having the dream of me missing my school bus home. I've been having this dream for as long as I can remember and it always ends with me chasing after the bus but then missing it. In my dream something always stops me from catching the bus whether its me spending to much time at my locker or if its the "slow-motion run" and "yelling but no words come out" senario. Either way its always something stopping me and in my dream i always get so angry and emotional when i miss it. I would start crying and cursing and punching stuff. I think its because I would be mad at myself for missing it but i would never react like that in real life. That would how the dream would end and i was just wondering what it meant.
