I took my dad's gun and left it at my friends house. The cops found it at his house, what am I looking at?
I took my dad's 9mm beretta which is legally registered to him, WITHOUT any ammunition and with no intent of use, just to show my friend up the street what a gun was really like because he had never seen one before. I accidently left it there forgetting to take it home with me. The police later raided his house for a completely different reason, but found my gun in the process and charged him with having a gun not registered to him in his possession. They ran the serial number on the gun and my dad's name came up, but the police have yet to contact me and they have had the gun in their possession for over 3 weeks now. I am 17 years old. What can I be charged with? I've been thinking something along the lines of illegal transporting of a weapon or something like that but if anyone has any law knowledge please let me know what I'm looking at.

well basically i was sleeping over at my friends house and we were just finishing off our homework when she noticed i was wearing purple mascara so she asked if she could put some on. i gave it to her and she went to the bathroom. she left me alone in her room so her brother came in (he's 17) (im 14) and he asked if i needed any help. i said to him '' well even if i did need help you couldn't help me'' and he laughed and said ' are you saying your smarter then me?" then i said " yeah obviously ! im the smarter one out of us two'' and he goes alright then and smiled and left the room. my friend came back and said " err what did my brother want the stupid idiot?" and i just said " ha he thought he was smarter then me" she just rolled her eyes. 10 minutes later she asked if i wanted a drink i said yeah so she went downstairs to get it. her brother walked past our room and i called him. he turned around and smiled. i said " i need help with this question" he laughed and said " but i thought you were smarter than me?" i laughed and said " well prove to me your smart?" and he helped me with the question in 5 seconds. i said thanks and expected him to leave then but he still sat on the bed i looked at him and then he said " hey how old are you again?" and i said 14 why? " oh never mind anyways i better go now that your happy" and he smiled. omg. does he fancy me or something? and he wasnt being a peado when he asked for my age i think he was just making sure i wasnt 12 so he couldnt hit on me. but hes my friends brother....and he's 17 ! 3 years difference isnt bad right? and im seeing him tommorow when i go to my friends house again. hmm sorry its long but what should i do?

Got caught having dry sex at friends house?
Im 15 and male. I spent the night at my friends house and her friend was over and when everyone was asleep except me and my friends friend we ended up having dry sex and she had no pants on. Well I left early the next morning and she told my friend what we did in her house and my friends mom found out too. That was one of my best friends and now shes pissed at me, and also I wont be able to look her mom in the face anymore what should i do?

Okay, I always go over her house all the time, and I NEVER invite anyone over. My house is dirty and ugly. My room is HIDEOUS. Literally. The walls are brown, my bed is a twin size so it literally would fit a 5 year old (I'm 15.) There's holes in my walls, my curtains are pastel green (green and brown aren't exactly a great combination...) the carpet has gross stains on it from when i was little such as nail polish and spilled drinks. I won't go into too much detail but trust me, its hideous. My kitchen walls are dirty because my old dog would lay against it and scratch them and rub against them and get dirt on them. I've tried cleaning the wall but its stained. My bathroom walls are ugly. The paint is peeling and chipping and it looks so bad. Also, the freakin' door can't even close because my dad broke it. We literally have to open the drawer thats next to the door to keep it from opening all the way. The silicon on my shower is gross and dirty looking. My living room carpet has stains on it from spilling things, and the bottom of my couches are clawed to shreds from my cat (literally to shreds.) The diningroom is the only decent place but even then, it's still not quite attractive. There used to be holes in my walls all over my house (not a lot, only like 3 or 4) and we fixed those but now there's large white spots from the spackle and our walls are an off white so it looks ridiculous. My house is absolutely disgusting. Then. My mom doesn't take care of herself. She never does her hair or makeup, she wears baggy shirts and hoodies that go down to her knees and usually have holes or stains on them, and a pair of baggy sweat pants with slippers. Its embarrassing. I love her but still. My friend and I are going to a fair on saturday night and she wants to stay on friday. I don't know what to do. I can't tell her no because I don't even have an excuse this time, plus I'm ALWAYS making up excuses as to why she can't stay. I know the whole "if shes really your friend she wont care" but I care. I don't think she'll say anything, but I KNOW she'll think it. Her family is attractive and her house is nice and well kept. What do I do? :((
Looked at my best friends text messages...?
I know, I know. I definitely violated her trust, but I can't tell her. My best friend/maid of honor moved into my house and she originally planned to stay until she finished the police academy and had enough money to live in this expensive city. We had a rocky start for the first week (cleaning duties, etc.) and for the last two months things have been wonderful. I came home after work and she told me she found an apartment, signed a lease, and wanted to start moving. I wish she had found a job first... But anyway, I asked her if I had done something wrong or offended her. She said no, and she just wanted to be independent again. She left to go find a moving truck and left her phone behind. That's when I snooped. I read her text messages and found that she has been saying some very hurtful things about me to people I don't even know. She lied about random things as well. She had also been on an apartment search for the last month, and repeatedly said she couldn't wait to leave my home. Today I helped her pack and move. I have said nothing to her about it, because obviously I would have to admit I snooped. I'm just so shocked and hurt. Did she feel obligated to pretend to be my friend? We have been friends for 12 years and I never thought she would talk about me that way. I understand people need to vent, but she has apparently been "venting" for two months to random people.

Ok so I was at my friends house and her cousin and I were talking about being friends with benefits and he came over the next day and the 3 of us were sitting in her room with the lights off and she was like omg just do something already and she left so i gave him a bj and then he went home. When i tried telling my friend about it she just looked at me and said she felt like she was with a different person and I was hoping she would ask me how it went because she is a goody goody but she just was crying and looked really mad, I told her I was REALLY sorry but i still feel bad...i don't regret it but i feel bad!
