What would be a good way to loose belly fat for me?

So, I really know i need to lose weight all over, but my biggest area is my stomach. It seems to be the place where all my fat goes. I'm not extremely big anywhere else. Even though more recently I have gained fat around my face also.

The main thing that happened is that about 4 years ago I was put on a drug called Paxil. While I was on that drug for 2-3 years I had an enormous amount of weight gain. I went from a health 140pounds at 5 foot 6 to a whopping 286 pounds. Since I have been off of the medicine for about a year and a half I have lost about 20 pounds. I am absolutely miserable.

I would love it if someone could please give me some advice on what to do.

I already eat healthy, because my grandmother is on this all natural food thing after ready a book about the bible and the various foods the lord has created. I eat fruit at least once a day, and I eat complex grains like brown rice, and plenty of veggies.

I drink at least 32 ounces of water a day also.

The one thing I seem to be missing is exercise, but I don't know where to start.

So any advice would be welcome. I understand that this process will take a while and I am not expecting immediate results. I also understand I need to start slow. I just really need an exercise regime' and could use the help.
