How does AppLock (DoMobile) manage to hide the app icon from the app drawer (Android)?

In my mind the hide AppLock icon is one of the greatest features in AppLock, cause no one will know that AppLock is installed on your phone.Just do the steps below to hide it:1.Search AppLock in Play store and install it on your phone. How do I get the app Drawer in Xiaomi Redmi 2s?
In the official MIUI 8 there is no app drawer in the ui, so for people who like to stuff their phones with apps and games find it a little difficult to manage apps so adding an app drawer would make it easier to manage apps and the home screen and other tabs would also look quite neat this would also give the user and stock android feel.Still I have to say MIUI 8 is pretty neat and has good features compared to other uis.I know an app drawer can be installed using launchers or third party apps but official is official.

It was there the last time I ran MIUI anyway. If they are in the app drawer, you should be able to get the shortcuts back.Try to undo what you did “tinkering with your settings” thing.Boot to recovery > Wipe Cache and Reboot.Voila !! In the new Software you swipe up from bottom of screen area to access app drawer, if you still want a app drawer icon hold down on the home screen and select home screen settings then go to apps button and turn it on :)Hope this Helps :)

You can download any third party launcher (Nova,apex,go) and remove the drawer (all apps) button.Otherwise you can download launcher action launcher. It doesn't have a traditional app drawer but it contains a side bar which contains the app list

My cellphone shows two icons of one app. How can I remove it?
It's very simple to get rid of this problem. Even I have faced this problem many time in the past months (since I keep flashing new ROMs). Here's how I fix it.First of all you’ll to identify which launcher you have on your phone (default).(How to identify ? - Check Edit at the bottom). For example I have Trebuchet. Once you come to know which is your default launcher, then go to Settings, then Apps, and then All apps. Now search for your launcher and just tap on it. Now tap on Clear cashe & then tap the Force stop button. Now go and check you app drawer, this should fix the issue. In case the problem still exist then simply reboot your phone.If nothing works from the above mentioned fix then simple download & install a new launcher from the play store and use it as your default launcher.I hope this helps————————————————————Edit : Simply download any launcher from the play store (Example : Nova Launcher) and hit the home button on your phone, once the launcher is downloaded. Now you'll be asked to choose a launcher from the list of all launcher installed on your phone. Since you have just installed a launcher, you should see only 2 launchers, one which you just downloaded and the other one will be your default launcher. So now you know which is your default launcher.
