What do you mean old Clash of clans account? If you already have made an account somewhere else on any device there is an option in the setting menu with detailed info. to get your account connected to other new devices. Also, there is no way you can delete an account on Coc. Once you connect an account you can't undo. If you broke your phone or something else, you can still connect your old coc to new device by filling in the info in the setting menu. If you don't quite remember the info it is asking for contact clash of clans. There is a fb page where u can question them and tons of coc forums and threads. Dont worry Yes you can get it back. Here is it how because it Happend to me as well just follow my instruction. If you dont have option to access your account.Open the game from beginning as you start game.Go to settings.Go to help and supprts.Lost village option.Now you should write supercell about that you lost your village and give the exact reason for that.Supercell will ask you some of the option related with your base and that you should give them to the best of your knowledge. (It will be like what was your last clan name you were in, when you last played game, when you started, what is your th level , xp level, in game name) Its just to know if you are the real owner of that base.They will verify this and according to them as they said to me that they can only recover lost village once so take care of it in the future. They will give you a code if they are fully satisfied with your answer.Now you must note that unique code. You should connect your new game to your email you want your base to connect with and again go to in game setting.Link a device.Select this device only.You get option to put that code and once you enter the correct code thats been provided by supercell you will get the correct tick mark appear to green located just below that code.Just tick it and you will be automatically overwrite any village to your lost village. you are posting in the wrong section , but if it's an android game and you are looking for the data files it will be in /android/data or /android/obb on your internal SD card , the APK file for the game will be in the root of your phone in /data/app/ but you need to have super user permissions to access that , if you need help go look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/
