Two week juice fast weight loss?

Depends on how many calories you get out of the juice. It is not what you eat, but how many calories you get out of it. If you are ingesting 2,000 calories a day just from juice, you are not going to lose weight, unless it is water weight because you have diarrhea.

Try this diet, I lost 20 pounds in one month on it. Eat less every day. Not a ton less, but maybe a 1/3 less than you would normally eat. Every three weeks, take about 3 days where you severely restrict your caloric intake, 300-500 calories a day, that is it. For me, this was induced by my chemotherapy regime, but I dropped 5-10 pounds every cycle. It is not healthy, and I loss a lot of muscle mass, but I dropped the weight.

Crack Diet. Just smoke crack for a few months. No but seriously it takes diet and exercise. Replace soda with water. Beer with vodka and crystal light. Cut back on meats, fats, and sugar. You can replace the meats with beans on every other meal. Eat lots of salads without salad dressing. If you need a snack eat fruit except bananas. Bananas are fattening. Stay away from nuts they are fattening also. Exercise aerobic 2 times a day for about an hour each time. Do this and you should start to drop about 3 lbs a week. If you eat too little your body will go in emergency mode and safe everything that he can hold on to. It is important to realize that loosing weight is long process and you wanna have a healthy body afterwards, dont you? So once you hit the number you wanted to see on the scale you will starting to eat like you did before, which is exactly what made you wanna loose weight in the first place ;) Take your time and learn about nutrition if you want to have an effect that lasts a life long.
