They didn’t believe I was 35 and finally agreed to serve me because forging ID to say you are 35 didn’t make sense to the manager. My co workers had taken me out after work and got a big laugh out of it..I was called “The Kid” for years after that incident, though I was older than or the same age as many of my peers.I have good skin, and take care of myself. Now, at 75, people assume I’m in my mid 50s..which is slightly embarrassing when I’m with my 55 year old son and am called his wife.You can’t help how you look nor can you change it. Might as well appreciate the gift nature has given you.
