I M Stucked In My Life Help Me .

Help im stuck in the 80's?

im housebound because of some phobias, and ive resorted to going back to my childhood for comfort rather than face the reality of my life now, sad thing is im now stuck in the 80's, i listen to really tacky 80's music, also ive started buying stuff from ebay like balloons and glitter and rubix cubes just to surround myself with my happy childhood, im 33 now and i feel its becoming a bit of a serious problem because i wan't to die and just wake up in the 80's.

This may sound odd, but theres nothing music or tv that really interests me anymore, i miss my life so much, but i can't break free of this 80's obsession.

I'm stuck in life, help?

You can survive anything if there's an end in site. So start making plans and preparing for what's ahead. Use the bus to get to work and apply everywhere. The job you get may not be great, but it's experience that will help you get the next job, it's getting out of the house and meeting people, plus even a little bit of money is a start toward your goals. Save as much as you can. In your free time (either between shifts at your new job or right now when you can't take another job application) start researching the school you want to go to, their financial aid program, how student loans work, where you could live when you move, how much that will cost and start studying whatever's going to help you get into med school.

HELP! I'm stuck in the past!?

sometimes i feel the same, but remember this: the past is gone and there is no point in thinking about a future that you might not have.
what you have to do is enjoy the present and make the most of it, so
that your future can be better than your present.

find something you like to do and just do it ,music, art, dance, a sport maybe. you would make new friends, and remember this new friends
don't have to be your age all the time get some older ones,

and if you still think about the friends you had before try to locate them
using my space or other websites that help you to locate your old friends or classmates, here is an idea call your old school get full names and address and just email them or write them a letter and
just tell them how much you missed them.

and all your real friends will get back to you.

and if you want a new friend i can be one

What can i do if : i feel ive messed my life up - and : im stuck in circumstances i dont want to be in ?

you know wot to do. so just do it.

Help: I'm stuck at life right now: What would be my first step? (see details below)?

I went to get insurance quotes from various places, they told me that to get insurance I need to get it under my name. I already went to the DMV to register the motorcycle under my name but they told me that they couldn't do anything until I get it inspected. So I'm trying to get it inspected but my parents are telling me that I wouldn't pass the inspection if I don't even have insurance for it. So in order to get insurance I need it to get it under my name, but to get it under my name I need to inspect it first, but to inspect it first I need to get insurance for it, and I'm back to square 1. How do I break this cycle? What should be my first step?

FYI: I bought this bike from my brother, this bike was under my brother's and mother's name, they both moved however to California (west coast) while I still live in Delaware (east coast), so they are literally a full country away. This was 6 years ago.

I'm stuck in my life. How do I change this?

I was stuck as well at the starting of this year and there were certain things I did to give my life a direction if not a total meaning. Hope this helps :)To change the feeling of being “stuck”, you have to change yourself. And here are few steps which might give you a start:Health: Make sure you take fruits and healthy stuff in your diet. This goes without saying, try to have home cooked healthy meals which are hygienic than outside food. Take up some kind of physical fitness training as per your preference. Personally, I started taking Yoga classes and that was a game changer for me. With all those people in the room, energy flows and you come out rather fresh than exhausted. Plus it also calms your mind. It’s a win-win.If you have any unhealthy habit like drinking or smoking, please quit it as soon as possible.Change of Scenery: Take a break! From your job, from your life, from people, from technology, from everything. Save for 3–4 months and take a LONG break, at least a month and go to some place quiet. The ultimate aim is to break that routine of yours!Go Old School:Take your favorite books with you or books you always wanted to read on your vacation! Talk to unknown people and make new friends. I’ve heard strangers sometimes have the answer to all our problems ;)This is something I want you to try since your question is generalized and I don’t know why you feel stuck. Write what you wanna do next on separate pieces of paper, fold them and mix them up. Now pick out a random piece and if whatever is written on it makes you happy, go for it else if it doesn’t excite you, what was it that you wanted this piece of paper to say, now go do it. Voila! Phoebe taught me this. :pCome out of your comfort-zone: As the title suggests, come out of your comfort zone. If you’re uncomfortable alone, go watch a movie alone or eat alone in a restaurant.Take up an agenda every month: Learn something new every month. Say, I tried driving the previous month and the month before that was reading month. This month is dancing month! So, pick something which interests you! Invest in yourself they say.The ultimate aim is to unwind so that you can see a clearer picture of your situation.

How do I overcome the feeling that I am stuck in life?

'To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.'_Friedrich NietzscheI’m so sorry but you will never get out of this vicious circle but let me tell you a secret: Every human being that you know is struggling in this vicious circle cause the name of this curse is “Life”!Have you ever heard of the myth of Sisyphus? The summery is that Sisyphus was a god who did a crime against the gods of the Olympus and they punished him for eternity: He would have to push a rock up a mountain; upon reaching the top, the rock would roll down again, leaving Sisyphus to start over. The French philosopher, Albert Camus thought that every human being is actually Sisyphus and the punishment of pushing a rock up a mountain is the embodiment of life.It rises the question: What is the point? Why should we suffer to live like this? You are tired, single, don't have a lot of friends and you think you’re depressed. You have came here to seek answer “What should I do?” but here is the thing; you’re asking the question from the wrong person. You might find some hope in random people’s words on the internet but it won’t help you for long. For instance: You think you’re too old to be successful, I could put this link below and say, no you are not! You will be successful and full of life if you just try harder: 20 People Who Became Highly Successful After Age 40But that’s just being self-deception. What you really have to do is to just sit down for a moment, ignore the rest of the world and just think about yourself and what really makes you Happy. Don’t care about what your parents and teacher said when you were a child or the potential you think you have wasted.Once you find out that what makes you happy the most, you have already reached half of the way; now all it takes is to just move towards your happiness. As Camus said One must imagine Sisyphus happy.

My life feels stuck and meaningless?

Life is tough, take it like a big girl :-)

Change your approach towards life.
A meaningful life does not mean having a boyfriend or a job at all times.
You are still a student. The reason you are studying is to qualify for a job in later years. So don't worry, a nice job awaits you somewhere in the future.
As for the boyfriend part, do not follow the system of society blindly. who wrote those rules anyway? What i mean to say is; do not be enslaved to the system of this world, do your own thing, that is where true happiness lies.
Learn to appreciate the smaller things in life like the time spent with your family and friends, playing with your pet if u have one, listen to some good music, show kindness to a stranger, do something nice for unfortunate kids at the youth centre... y'know what im saying?
Sweetie, life is much more than what it seems. Open your eyes and you will realize.

Also, learn to respect yourself more. Don't go sleeping around with guys. you are precious and worth much more than you think.

have a good day.

hope this helps.

What I should do? I am stuck broken, and I feel depressed.

Start by realising that there is a solution to every problem, right now you may feel like you've lost control of your life but you can turn things around. When things aren't going well for me and I feel stuck! To help myself get unstuck, I do what I can, where I am, with what I have. It's hard to be specific and I'm not sure what your exactly going through. But when I was down, I remember reading a quote by a man called Robert Fulghum and he said that unless you have broken your neck, have nothing to eat, or if your house is on fire, then you got a problem. Apart those things Everything else is inconvenience. That quote helped me to maintain perspective and not to blow things out of proportion. Are you familiar with Fact and fiction thinking? It's a technique that requires you to place your thoughts into 2 categories! Either fact of fiction! Fictional thoughts are often highly emotional and usually stem from negativity and insecurity. Factual thoughts are circumstance driven usually based the actual situation. With very little emotion involved.I remember when things were going wrong for me in the past I remember having a really negative inner dialogue. I felt no one understood or had the answer to what I was going through. Fact or fiction thinking helped me get control of my thoughts and steer them, towards a more productive and problem solving approach. When you say my life is ruin you imply that you are going through a crisis, The word crisis in chinese means danger but it also means opportunity. Whatever you are going through see it as an opportunity to grow. The smallest changes can bring the biggest changes. Try changing your surroundings. Clear your head, I'm sure you'll end up seeing things a lot clearer. If your constantly feeling down, you may begin to associate your environment with those bad feelings. If you aren't careful, your environment can become a constant reminder of your problems. The solution is to change your surroundings. Aim to declutter and tidy up, you'll be amazed at how different you'll feel.Remember, It takes courage to act and it takes a strong individual to recognise where their going wrong. To then make the necessary changes and press onwards.
