you can't. The Music you're making a lyric video out of is copyrighted by the record label

You can't copy and distribute the record label's music without their consent. That is breaking the copyright

if you want to not break the copyright, then don't upload

Others do get caught. You can't assume just because you see other videos that they didn't get caught.

youTube has a content identifier. record labels, movie companies, tv channels, ETC - these companies Give YouTube's digital copies of their files.

When you upload to youTube, when the video processes, they can scan the video and match the content with stuff in their database and cite the user for copyright infringement

At times, the video isn't fully blocked. it's only "Blocked in some countries" and your country just happens to be one it's not blocked in. That doesn't mean the uploader didn't get caught. They risk having their videos deleted fully if the status of "blocked in some countries" ever changes

How do I make a Youtube Lyric video with music without getting copyright?

Without a license it would be illegal to distribute your "lyric video" to anyone, let alone giving away free copies to the entire world via YouTube.

Contact ASCAP or BMI and ask how much to get the required license. At the very least you will find out how much they can sue you for (the license fees) if they decide to make you an "example" for music piracy. Of course, even if you don't make a dime on it they can still (in theory) sue for up to $150,000 for each song, under "statutory damages". 17 USC 504. Surely a license is a cheaper way to go.

How Do I Make a Lyric Video without getting copyright strike?

Like anyone else, you would need a license to duplicate and distribute unlimited free copies of someone else's copyrighted sound recordings, let alone the lyrics. That's the whole point of copyright.

On the other hand, if the copyright owners don't care, nobody else does either, even though it is still (technically) a violation of YouTube terms because it "violates the rights of others."

Saying you don't own it is a pointless admission of intentional infringement, assuming you didn't bother to get a license.

Bottom line, a license is going to cost you way less than the attorneys you will need in federal court if you're sued.
