For the Carolingians look up Charlemagne, Roman law can be found elsewhere. As for the Mycenaean, theres a load of stuff, ie: They were a warlike people (found daggers and shiz in their graves) It is thought from the Tomb of Agamemmnon that the Iliad was infact true. They used cyclopean masonry and constructed monumental beehive tombs. They traded a lot with Minoan Crete and Egypt etc etc etc
