Because dinosaurs died out 65 million years before any person existed, let alone wrote anything, inspired by a god or not.It’s speculated that fossilized bones might have given rise to myths about dragons and other monsters. That could account for any mention of fanciful creatures.While it sounds like it could be true, there’s no physical evidence that connects dragons and fossils. It’s mere speculation. The earliest realization that dinosaurs once walked the earth comes from 170 years ago, in England. That’s well after religious books were written.There are no dinosaurs in religious books because the books were written by people. At the time people had no way of knowing about dinosaurs. If one wants an answer that fits with religion, the inspiring god apparently didn’t feel dinosaurs were any more worth mentioning than Neptune, Uranus and Pluto.
