I Need A Fake Number To Call At Work I Work In A Call Center I Just Want A Fake Number Just To Call

I want a US phone number to be used in India. I want to receive calls on my mobile rather than on my laptop or iPad. What is the best way to achieve this and what are the charges?

I suggest you take a look at Zadarma’s virtual numbers deals. This VoIP service provider now has over 800,000 registered users in 70 countries. They offer some excellent phone deals between India and the USA. I think the best option for you could be to get one of their American virtual numbers. You don’t have to pay any connection fee and their monthly charges are as low as $3. It will be hard to beat these prices.Your customers in India call you at a local number. The fact that they only have to pay local rates encourages them to be in contact. You can have these calls from India forwarded to your US mobile for just $0.009 (economy rate). Alternatively, you may receive them free of charge via the internet on your PC, smartphone or IP phone. By configuring different call reception options you ensure that you will never miss that important order. It is worth pointing out that Zadarma subscribers benefit from a number of unique, value-added features. For example, you are able to choose your own virtual numbers in eighty of the world’s major commercial centers. You are also able to assign names to multiple DID numbers to instantly recognize who is calling and have these details displayed in your incoming call statistics.

Why do call center agents use strange fake names?

I worked on two contracts for a local call center, totalling about 7 years experience. We had a first name only policy, so we used our given first name and none other. That was how we were trained, and I think on balance it was the best way to go. I don’t think, and have never thought, that strange fake names would work. I would have felt extremely self-conscious if I had had to use a name other than my own given name.Alas, this policy gave us any number of problems with difficult callers, who would demand, often quite angrily, to know our last name, especially if they felt they had received sub-standard service from the operator. Since all calls were recorded, we had to be scrupulous in adhering to company policy, resulting in conversations which typically went something like:Caller: “I am not satisfied with the service I have received. I want to report you in writing: what’s your surname?”Me: “I’m sorry, I’m not permitted to disclose my last name.”Caller: “No, you’re not sorry at all. And I asked for your surname, not your last name.”Me: “Once again, I’m sorry you feel that way, but it is not permitted.”Caller: “Don’t keep saying you’re sorry, because I know you’re not. Tell me your surname.”Me: “I cannot tell you my last name. It is against company policy. You have my given name and my operator number. If you wish to lodge a complaint, the people who receive it will know who I am.”Caller: “I didn’t get your first name and operator number. Let me have them.”After which, I would happily repeat that information and terminate the call. I can’t say how many times I had conversations like this, but it was generally with aggressive and angry callers who hadn’t got what they thought they were entitled to, and wanted to complain, seemingly for the sake of making waves. More often than not, they had not read the terms and conditions and weren’t aware of what we in the call center could or could not do for them.It was frustrating, to say the least. Thank heavens I no longer work there. Such behavior was quite typical. Our callers were often an irritated, angry, ill-mannered sort of person, simply because they had received some sort of bad news from our clients, and were in a unhappy frame of mind when they called, very confrontational and spoiling for an argument. Ultimately, they drove me away from the job.But I have gotten off the topic of strange fake names!

How can I call my friend by a fake number through my own number?

I work in a call center, everyone gossips, I am an outcast, how do I get along better with them?

You shouldn't. Be you, don't worry about it. I know it's easier said than done, because it does sometimes make for an uncomfortable work setting, but imagine how you would feel if you came down to their level... you would feel like crap because that isn't YOU, you would be doing something that makes you uncomfortable all for the sake of the other people you work with to like you more!?? NOOOOO don't do that.

As silly as it may sound, I think people like that are jelous... well some just don't give a darn, but others deep down admire it, but don't have the will power to change their behavior, so they will just treat you like crap to make themselves feel better.

They are crazy! I've worked with pleanty of people like that. Heck I've basically lost a job because of it. It is frustrating, but I look at it this way... they want something I've got... and that's a good thing.

Why is jio customer care number not working?

They will pick your call but after a long que… that is the thing which need to be improve in jio…Let me tell you why they are not responding properly:-First of all jio dont have numbers of call center also it had limited staffs.Second as its an 4G service, many of the people even well educated dont have the proper knowledge of operating, trouble shooting and falut rectification of a smart phone or 4G sim ,so these reasons are exceeding the number of calls to care centers.Third as jio is updating its 1800 band installation work( A new path to move signals due to over crowded and low quality signal strength of old paths), we do accpeting that this work is impacting our network, which leads customers to think there is definately any problem in only their phone and they should call care center to resolve it.Fourth most of the people are confused about the jio subscription planes this thoughts force them to call customer care countless times. So sum up all of them, every individual customer is calling jio care center in mean time, this is what making the jio care service worse.Lets talk about the solutions, many of us dont even know that the any of customer cares are provides to us only for default problems or any serious problems but due to lack of awareness and bunches of uneducated people and some kind of persons who dont want to solve their problem by own, call the care center and backstep to those customers who really deserve support of care centers. In the conclusions, i would suggest you not to call the care center unless you haven't tried other available options like read errors properly, google the problem or ask to any technical person. I am quite sure this will help you in better way and gIves you chance to learn something new.

Are call centers that give their workers pseudonyms/fake identities scams?

Actually this thing can be ensured by the worker only who is given fake name. One of my friends worked in an call centre ij Moti Nagar New Delhi and she was also given a fake name. They were provided with the data of customer of different insurance policy companies. One more thing she told me that the data was of the people from rural india where people have no knowledge about policy .They called them and said that your insurance agent didn't tell you about the bonus earned by your policy no. 1x2y3z and we are here to help you and asked them “would you like to register a complaint against your agent and get your bonus? “ Then it is obvious anyone will say yes. Then they ask them to note their complaint number which was same for every policy holder.Once after they gain trust of people then they demanded some security amount from them. This is the time when most of people doubted and disconnected the call or asked questions or start abusing the caller but despite this thing they manage to dupe 8–9% people called by them. Call centre owners also have contacts with local administration and also pay them a part of their money which was we can say chori ka maal (anything gained unlawfully) .

Why are operators in Indian call centers made to use fake, American sounding names, like Brittany and Christopher, when speaking to American customers? Do they think customers believe them or are more at ease being lied to?

I think the call center operators believe (with some justification) that USAmericans are incapable of or at least uncomfortable with saying or understanding Indian names. So the operator says, “Hello, this is Nancy…” instead of saying “Hello, this is Nandini…” It saves time not to have to repeat an unfamiliar-sounding name. Plus, they believe it makes the customer more comfortable: “Why it’s just like talking to someone in Omaha. You would hardly know they are in Bangalore!”

How do I tell if a phone number is internet number?

You can’t, reliably.VOIP numbers are spoofable (on purpose). This is why so many current marketing calls appear to come from local numbers when they are clearly from a call center in a country far away. While you can do reverse lookups and the like as many have suggested, it’s only going to tell you what the caller is willing to let you see. If they want to appear to be in the same town as you, from a local land-line, they can.Now that the feature of source-call ID spoofing is being exploited, it’s possible there may be some technical changes eventually. It’ll be a long time coming, and may not be completely correctible — it’s baked deeply into the standards, so compatibility is an issue; and it’s done in software, which is itself hard to secure. Similar attempts to lock-down other parts of the internet have also taken a long time, and aren’t complete. See, for example, the slow adoption of HTTPS (S for secure) for general websites, and the extremely slow deployment of security for DNS.

Is it ok to fake work experience?

hello people

i just send a couple of resumes this week, but waited to call back a couple of days later to follow up. so today i called a couple of places i applied and i asked them if they were still hiring and they said yes.
