Any true mage or wiccan will tell you love spells are meant for yourself not for other people. Here's the truth. Either love spells work or they don't. If they don't work then you are wasting time and money on useless potions instead of actually listening to your boyfriend, finding out what the problem is with the relationship is. If they do work then you are attempting to override another human being's free will, morally I don't see a difference between a love spell and a date rape drug. So let me ask you, would you like to go to a pub feel strange then wake up in the morning and realise that some strange man you would not normally be attracted to drugged you and took advantage of your vulnerability? Would you not cry rape and want him prosecuted? I certainly would. A person who uses a love spell to (even if it doesn't actually work) is morally reprehensible since they are effectively trying to rape someone. It's worse than rape though since people who want to use love spells are hoping to rape the person's soul as well as their body and keep them captive against their will. If you are trying to hold your boyfriend's attention and affection against his will you are clearly not in love with him since love desires what's best for the one who is loved, you clearly desire what's best for yourself and that is most likely why you are having relationship difficulties in the first place.

THE most powerful "love spell" is communication! If there IS no communication, there can BE no "love" (not even for a longer spell). And IF the motives coerce another to go against their free will, then the spell between finding love and activating love will be longer and longer each time. But it will always come full circle. If you cannot love yourself enough to be able to receive love for the right reasons, then the love cannot be returned specifically to the needs of others.
