I Need A Temporary Fix For My Hydrosis In My Hands And Feet

I need a temporary fix for my hydrosis In my hands and feet?

So I have a dress rehearsal tonight. I'm a dancer. I was doing my modern dance during tech rehearsal last night and I was SO embarrassed because every time my hands or feet touched the ground it left a print from the sweat on my hands/feet. I need something to help it go away for a few hours. Would baby powder help or would it just leave baby powder on the dance floor?? Thanks for helping.

But to answer the question – use some antiperspirant, talcum powder, or ask your pharmacist for some really specialised stuff – don’t want to mention brand names here, as things differ from country to country – but there are some antiperspirants on the market that are not in the mainstream shops, and only available in pharmacies that should help with this.

Another home remedy for sweaty palms includes the use of an aluminum chlorohydrate based antiperspirant. Neither deodorant nor baby powders are appropriate means of controlling sweaty palms.

3. A dermatologist recommended home remedy for sweaty palms is to boil a quart of water with five teabags. Once the solution has sufficiently cooled, soak your palms for thirty minutes. The tannic acid in the tea has astringent properties that can act as a natural antiperspirant. Tea bags can also be held in the palm for 10-15 minutes daily to reduce perspiring palms.

4. The benefits of drinking sage tea provide an additional home remedy for sweaty palms. Zinc has also shown promise in lessening both perspiration as well as body odor. The best advice with zinc is to avoid long term use as it may interfere with copper absorption.
