What is your workout routine?

I workout 5-6 days a week.I kind of mix it up a little to confuse my muscles.I do cardio 2-3 days a week.I work abs every day.I will for instance work arms and chest one day, then thighs and calves the next. The next day back, shoulders, and arms.I mix it up a bit but I never work the same muscle 2 days in a row.I have been seeing huge improvements. Also it is your diet that makes the biggest difference.I eat every 3 hours.Stuff like lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, eggs with added whites, walnuts.I take B12,2 multi vitamins, magnesium, and fish oil.Drink a lot of water.I drink a time released protein shake within an hour of my workout and right before my workout.

What should be a gym routine for a week? Is it good to workout two muscles a day? Or just one muscle a day?

Hope this helps!Follow me on Instagram at anibalcabral A good weekly workout routine is one that you enjoy doing and it hits all of your muscles at least one time a week. To tell you the truth, there is no perfect workout routine. My workout routine is perfect for me and the goals that I have. If you were to do my workout routine there is a good chance you might not find it good for what you are looking to achieve. I workout 7 days a week, and I hit every muscle in my body at least one time a week. There are parts of my body I want to work on a bit more, like my shoulders, lats and legs, so I do those 2 times a week. Do you see how my routine my not fit your goals? Here is how you create the perfect routine for you. Take a look a yourself in the mirror while completely naked. Pay close attention to every muscle part and see for the part of your body you would like to see the most progress. Write them down and then create a routine that will hit those muscle you notice needed the most work.Working out 1, 2 or even 3 muscles a day is all about your availability and preference. If you don't have time to go to the gym every day and you would like to take a rest day, then you might need to workout 2 or even 3 muscles in one day to make sure you are working all of them at least one time a week. A little word of advice is, if you are going to workout 2 or 3 muscles in one session, make sure to start your workout with the muscle group you want to see most of the progress in. The reason why you want to do that is because you can use most of your energy on that muscle group. As you go into your second body part your energy level might go down a bit, so you want to make sure you focus on the most important muscle group for you that day. Besides that, I would say find exercise you like doing and implement them in your routine. The more you enjoy your workout routine, the better chance that you will stick with it.

What do I need to know to create my own swimming workout routine? How can I learn it?

You need to have good form on the strokes that you'll be including in your routine so that you don't get injured or develop bad habits over time. This can be achieved by taking classes or joining a swimming league. Figure out why you are starting your routine: is it to exercise certain muscle groups, improve your technique, or increase your swimming speed? Set goals, quantify your progress, and check in to see how far you've come every week. After a few weeks or maybe months (depending on how much you swim) you will have developed a routine that suits your needs and that you actually want to stick with and/or tweak as you improve.  Also, you can use sites like these: 100 Swimming Workouts and Swim Workout Archives.
