Au pair experiences/advice?
hi, i have been considering do a year of being an au pair in america once i finish school (am currently in year 11). i am from australia. i was just wondering what is really is like being one, any good/bad experiences you have had etc. thanks heaps xo
Figging experience & advice?
I've read up on the practice and mechanics involved... but what am I really getting myself into? My lover and I have always had a relationship that pushed sexual limits before, but is this going to be too much to handle? Is figging something the "average" person can handle? Or will I go insane from the ginger? The scenario he described is very arousing, but I won't be in a position to really remove anything once things get going. Thoughts? Advice?
I need a career advice. I have 10 years of IT experience in ETL, BI, data warehousing, and programming, but I would like to switch my career into research in Data science. Will it be wise decision to do MS in the US at the age of 33?
To answer your question one should know in which location you are working or you have worked or your visa and financial state and why you want to move into Data Science and what exactly you meant ‘research in data science’, does it mean Phd degree and part of a research team on Data science? Though, I would assume few things and try to answer:Data science is not a cake walk one should or must be really good at computational mathematics, some statistics and really love to play with myriad numbers and algorithms.To understand what all these things you can start with coursera and if you see you really like the subject.If you think a MS degree will give you a H1B you can still be in soup as Industry is also aware who is really capable and who is really good with his or her subject while hiring else now a days they prefer a fresher with good academics and they do not bother about experience of an IT professional.Then your financial situation will be another factor to decide.I would recommend if you have knowledge in ETL, BI, go for onnline MS on Datascience from Cousera or part time datascience MS for professionals and see if you really like it. These are rigorous courses and then you can think of moving into the data science field. Hope this helps.
I have 2 years of work experience in IT industry. Need some advice on MIM or MBA degree.Which will be good for me?
Is it 2 years by the time you start the program or at present? MIM is advisable for candidates with 0–2 years of work experience. The older candidates are advised to take up MBA with 3+ years experience. Both these programs are different in the orientation and experiences. MIM is advisable for candidates who are straight from college or limited work experience and don't want to wait for few more years to take the management degree. In case MBA if the candidate has demonstrated 3+ years with some career progression, then the candidate can take additional skills to accelerate the career growth post the MBA. Once you have clarity on career goals, it would be approrpriate to choose the right program in the desired location.
My Girlfriend and I had a bad anal experience, need advice?
My girlfriend was never keen on anal sex. When we started dating, she told me how she never wanted to experience anal sex. Ever. However, last week while we were having sex she asked me if I wanted to do anal. I never researched it since I never thought I would have it. I ended up spitting on the condom, and sticking it in. I immediately took it out and she said it hurt way too much. I researched it afterwards and realized I had done it COMPLETELY wrong, but now I dont know how I will ever convince her to do it again. Should I start by telling her what we did wrong? And why it hurt the first time?

All tattoos hurt. Pain is subjective. That means that everybody experiences pain differently and nobody can tell you how it will feel for you. Most people do just fine. I'm sure you will too. Be sure to eat something first, you'll do better. Prepare yourself by relaxing. Don't think so much and don't worry. Keep it in perspective. Future and Past are nothing more than thought concepts. They are not real. The ONLY real moment, is the present moment. So...live in this moment by relaxing and when you get to that moment...you'll be ready for it. Relax. I need counselling and expert advice on the past experiences which leads me to depression.Can anyone help?
Hi,Only solution for depression is to accept the hard realities in life. if something happened in the past, there is no point in carry forwarding those memories, no matter how important they are. God has provided a great element in your lives, “forget”. So use that and forget the past. There are millions of people in this world who undergo depression in some point of time, just imagine if every body keep on carrying this, what will be the situation on this world. as a normal process, you will forget this in some time and you will be alright. but you dont allow that normal process to happen by recapping that, then its your mistake. I don't know the intensity of your problem, so i am sorry if I sound little hard, but believe me people with depression are the ones who are successful in life and successful doesn't mean what we like, but what we need and what society needs.In astrology terms, we see depression with combination of Moon and Saturn, and Saturn is the planet which gives all sort of good things in life, like maturity, stability, power, progress, resilience, leadership qualities etc. he removes fear by giving fear and insecurity. but we can’t get these things unless we go through the initial phase of Saturn lessons, which make us depressed, you need come out this by accepting the hard realities and leaving the priorities and desires.Unless you don't decide to come-out, you will not be out of that state, what ever you do in life.if you want to share your past expirence, please mail the details to brihaspati.shines@gmail.comThanksBrihaspati Shines

Finance is a broad term you can take accounting and become a certified public accountant but you will probably need to research courses that line up with you banking experience and specializing in banking if you enjoyed your experience with banking or you need to research the different area's of finance to see what you might like to make your specialty in the area of finance.
Tonsillectomy, 15 years old.. Advice from experience needed?
I had a tonsillectomy at exactly your age :0) .... I can tell you that it isn't the most pleasant experience but it was definitely worth it! You will have a bad sore throat for about a 3 to 5 days (but the doctor will give you good pain medication....I was only in pain because I couldn't swallow a pill...yes, I was a big baby...lol). If you are suffering with tonsillitis several times a month, you will MOST DEFINITELY feel better after having a tonsillectomy. Promise! Plus, you get to get babied for a week or so... ;0) Hope you feel better!
