Is there any exercise schedule based on a person's height and weight?

Yes my dear it is that’s why we say as per height your ideal weight must be this and vice versa. As far as exercise schedule is considered for that, I need to know both along with BMI which specifies the fat details , so that a exercise and diet plan can be prepared. Also you must know that there is no particular exercise specified for a person body in which he/she has to get bound , as your body weight, height, shape changes so from that time onward exercise starts varying. Its not exercise schedule which is more important, its your dedication, determination and desire that makes the difference in your life .Once you feel to realize that exercise is mandatory as our breathe and heartbeats so you will automatically come in good shape. But yes if you share your weight, height, BMI and if possible pic i can share the exercise schedule along with diet.Thanks.

I have no time to exercise due to my strict work schedule but I need to lose weight. How do I go about doing this?

There is a difference between "weight loss" and "fat loss" - the loss of weight involves a reduction in the body mass due to loss of water, fat, muscle etc. Fat loss on the other hand, is the reduction of fat molecules stored in the adipose tissues of the body. The former is never a good thing, while the latter is almost always a good thing. That being clarified, If you have no time to work out nor do you fancy the prospect of dieting, then the easiest option would be liposuction. I'm surprised nobody has mentioned it here yet. Liposuction is a perfectly safe procedure and can be done in conjunction with other procedures to restore your aesthetics. Liposuction isn't an extremely expensive procedure either - in fact, it is quite affordable if you're financially secure. Refer to the link below to see the average prices of liposuction in the United States. Liposuction Information for patients considering liposuction proceduresIf the procedure is too expensive, you can always have it done in developing countries where it can be performed at a much lower cost. That being said, liposuction isn't permanent. You need to first figure out why you're fat. The reason, put simply is that your calorific input exceeds by far, your calorific output, and the excess calories get stored as fat for later usage. But if your calorific input is perpetually higher than the output, then it causes accumulation of fat, which gets stored in the adipose tissues. You need to determine why calorific input exceeds calorific output. The reason you need to do so, is because subsequent to liposuction, if the calorific input continues to exceed output, then it will result in fat accumulation again, and the whole point of removing the fat would be defeated. It could be because your consumption is excessive, in terms of calories - either because you have less foods but which are very highly calorific, or more foods, which are moderately calorific. It could stem from a slow metabolism (in the form of bmr). It could stem from your sedentary lifestyle which precludes you from utilizing all those calories. You need to have the cause of the calorific imbalance diagnosed and rectified to ensure that the effects are long lasting.

If I have a busy schedule, should I reduce sleep to fit exercise into it?

It depends on how much you sleep. If you are not sleeping enough (less than 6 hours), than it may be better to allow yourself to sleep more. However, exercise has many benefits. Exercise improves the quality of your sleep, brain function, focus, motivation, mood, the efficiency at which you complete your tasks, your productivity, etc.Exercise may actually help you to save time by making you live life more efficiently.

Why do gyms in Pune have a pathetic exercise schedule?

To start with, there are a lot of local gyms in Pune which neither have enough good equipments, nor good enough trainers. Having a muscular body is not enough in itself to be a trainer. They should be aware of the body science and how it works. So first you need to choose a gym wisely. Now, coming to your question, not all the gyms do that. Some are stupid enough to hand out a one-muscle-group-a-day workout routine to the beginners. Alas! They know nothing about the body science. You need to understand that, in order to train one muscle group a day viz. chest/back/shoulders etc you need to have enough muscles first. This form of workout is to be earned. You just cant start doing this in the second week of your gym. You wont see enough progress/good results. For beginners, it is important to train their full body on one day and take a rest on the next and repeat. This way they will see a full body muscle growth altogether. If you go with one muscle group a day, by the time you are in the second week, the effect of first week's workout on your body would be gone since it would be a long gap of almost 6 days in between. So it is highly recommended that beginners go for a full body workout routine rather than going for splits of any type.As far as cardio is concerned, it is a myth that only fat people should do it. Every person who wants to have a healthy life and remain fit, should do cardio exercises for it is good for your heart and increases your stamina. Then again, what form of cardio you should do and for how long it should be and what is the right time to do cardio is a different story altogether.Mind you, there is a lot of science involved in building a good body than just going to the gym and lifting weights.

I need a great workout schedule to get a nice body?

Make your workout plan to fit your life. Your body needs at least 1 hour of fiscal exercise. Jogging, lifting wights, playing sports,..... and many more. All those this can help you and your body. Try karate for mind, body, balance, and strength. Jogging can help with stamina and exercise your lungs, take a run around the bock or two. Swimming works both sides of your body so both side of your body will be strong. Chose carrots or apples over potato chips and french fries. So here is a plan that you could change to fit your life.

MONDAY: Jogging (30 Min's), Weight lifting (30 Min's)

TUESDAY: Jogging ( 30 Min's), karate (30 Min's ) ( or wene ever your karate lessons take place)

WEBSNDAY: Jogging (30 Min's ), swimming (30 Min's)

THURSDAY: Jogging (30 Min's ), karate (30 Min's) (or wenever you karate lessons take place)

FRIDAY: Jogging (30 mins ), swimming (15 mins or more), wieght lifting ( 15 mins or more)

Its great to feel good about your body. Try these, you can also go over 1 hour but don't push too hard.

Exercise plan for a 116 kg man?

It all depends upon what you are willing to do.

Diet: The most effective, cheapest, and healthiest diet is vegan

Exercise:
Cardiovascular training is the best way to go to increase your stamina and lose weight. You should probably be using a bike or an elliptical rather than running or the treadmill (high impact). Work in the heartrate range of 65% to 85% of (220-age). If you do not have a heart rate monitor, you should buy one. Polar is the best brand. Start of with about 20 min toward the low end of the range and gradually increase until you can do 90 minutes.

Do it as often as you can, every day would be great. Do not plan on off days because those will come up anyway.

There is no such thing as spot reduction. You can exercise other areas to tone them if you want but weight loss is all over. We have a genetic tendency to gain weight in certain areas but losing it is everywhere and involves all tissue types, not just fat. Bummer but the world is not fair.

You could tone your arms with any of the curl machines, triceps extensions, or better the low rowing and bench press machines.
