If my bank mistakenly deposits $1,000,000 into my account, am I legally allowed to spend it before they realize their mistake?
Once a bank deposited mistakenly 150,000 in my account, I took it all and when bank sent me a notice, I refused to pay. The bank then collected the money from my other bank account which was with same bank. The bank informed me that how mistake was done. It was due to same debit card number on diffrent accounts. I went to a lawyer and sued the bank 1. Mishandling accounts2. Intention to create negetive credit report (before this incident I tried to apply for a loan and bank refused it since I had bad credit score)3. Agnoy caused. 4. Mental harrasment. The case was judged in my favor and bank needed to pay me another 250,000 as damages. Court also ordered bank to pay 150,000 to the person who lost money and damages of 100,000 Soon after this the bank manager was changed and bank forced closed my accounts giving reason a really bad credit report and as a negetive customer. I again filed a case against them since no bank can deny your account on basis of credit report. Since now this time it was in media, bank settled the case outside the court giving me 500,000 and 250,000 to my lawyer. Later after a year I applied for a loan under certain special conditions and bank approved it without going for in depth investigation. I was unable to pay installment on time so they sent a recovery agent to me who tried to force money illegally, since I have CCTV installed, I had all proofs that it was bank's agent trying to harras me. I sent it all to my same lawyer again and before any case could be filed, a settlement was made in which bank closed my loan and offered me a million dollar as damages. I again applied for loan bank approved it and even I don't pay my installments on time bank never calls me or sends a reminder. You see you need to have presence of mind and a good lawyer.
Credit Card Payment When is Interest charged ?
Due to bad credit i have only a week ago signed up for and released my Capital One Credit Card, i planned on using it to increase my credit rating as well as be theyre in use for emergencies. As i am self employed i have put off my electric and gas bills as im waiting payment for a customer My Capital One Credit card limit is £1000 and i have paid bills upto the amount of £760 on my card because i knew that i wouldnt receive payments from my customers in time and didnt want to put off my utility bills any longer. The credit card is 37% APR which i know is extremely high but i was hoping to receive payment from a customer and pay it off in one go this week but its looking more and mroe unilikley My question is when will capital one charge me this 37% interest ? I have only just made the payments a few days ago and am worried that instead of charging me 1 month (4 weeks) after i use the card that they may charge me on the calendar month on May 1st or something and my worry is that ill then owe £760 plus Interest to make it £1041 which i really cannot afford. Sorry to sound stupid but im its my first credit card and i find it all a little confusing. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

you can this will be hard to find and it will have a high APR like 40 to 50% more then likely youll also find theyll probaly offer you like thousands of dollaars or pounds to get you in more trouble dont do it if your already in money trouble get yourself sorted first pay it off and then start over i did it 2 years ago was tough and its all about sacrifice but i've reaped the benefits now and dont even nedd a cc card

I don't know what your cost of living is, but here is what I suggest. Get all of your essentials first. Fill up the car with gas, then start buying everything else. If it's possible you could get a smaller package of diapers instead of a box and a smaller bag of dog food instead of the really large ones. Rather than buying them in as large of quantities as you normally do just get enough to last you through your next pay day (and maybe a day or two after). That way you are spending less for them right now. With groceries and wash powder find a store brand that will work for you. Try to only buy what groceries you will need, but don't skimp on anything. You could get your hair cut at a beauty college where they typically charge less. Another option could be to find a cute new hair do that you can use to make your hair look fresh and new with out getting it cut. Since it's hot out you could experiment with different ways of pulling it up and away from your face. They won't ever know that your hair is the same. Depending on how much it costs to have your dogs groomed and how much free time you have, you could get a set of buzzers from Walmart for 15-20 and trim them yourself. They may end up looking a little funny, but it will be fine. For your family party see if you can make any food a pot luck. Everyone understands the necessity of sharing expenses sometimes. I know how you feel bro. There's a couple of ways you can avoid the fight or ways you can intimidate the punks before fighting them. One good tactic that works sometimes is acting all crazy and jumpy and ****. Like when one of them talks **** to you or something flip right the **** out. Jump around and yell. Hell, take your shirt off if you have to. Just talk more **** and dare them to **** with you. Another thing you can do is simply outsmart them. I would give your vet a call. Prilosec is sometimes prescribed for dogs but I have no idea of the dosage for a dog. Your vet will be able to give you the information.
