I Need Good Advice Or Sources That Can Help Me With Paying A Fine .

I just received a Speeding ticket for going 50MPH in a 30MPH zone?

IF this is your first speeding ticket you ever received, your in luck. Having a speeding record on your license is bad. But if it's your first time they give you a chance. You tell the court you would like to take traffic school and they'll give you a list of places to take this class. You take the class before the date given and go back to court and your record will stay clean. It's a long and boring class but it beats having a speeding record.
IF this is your second time or more, there's not much you can do but just pay the fine. It's not an actual court your attending it's a traffic court. So all your doing is waiting in line like a dmv. So you don't plead guilty or act innocent all you do is pay a fine. Hope this answered your question.

What happens if you go through a toll without paying?

Back in 1982, I was driving on the New Jersey Turnpike and had to go through an automated toll booth. The cost was 15¢. For change, all I had was a dime, and there was no attendant. So I threw in the dime and went through, with bells ringing. Nobody pursued me. But a month later I got a notice in my mail that I still owed 5¢ and if I didn't pay, I'd face prosecution. It seemed pretty funny to me that the stamp alone cost more than what they were demanding, and I'd surely be curious about WHAT jury would convict me for 5¢. So, even though I ignored it, nothing ever came of it.

Fast forward 15 years. I'm watching the news in Texas where people have driven on the tollways without paying and have actually racked up thousands of dollars in non-payment AND fees plus penalties. And they're STILL out there driving. Drivers are still able to get their licenses and registrations renewed anyway, which is why it made the news when the TV reporter discovered it.

They say that a law is very hard to enforce if at least 85% of the public doesn't already willingly comply with it. So even though I probably could get away with it, it's just not worth the risk to find out I was wrong.

Which is the best paid/free website/online source for preparation on the FAST NU Karachi campus entry test for CS?

Thank you Ahmed for reaching out, happy to answer.I would like to tell you my story. I was a medical student with less than 30% marks in last Maths paper of my life. Intermediate Board has some concessional rule which helped me pass this subject. When I started my preparation, I had about six months to complete the 2 years math course, appear in both the additional math exams and then finally get into FAST. It was like time dilation for me since I had no responsibility from home and this preparation was the only thing that I had to attend. And I literally spent hours working on my weak areas, which included from :: this proportion symbol to the set operations and ultimately the integration techniques. What helped me most were Khan Academy; Sal Khan, I would be forever indebted to him and ETOOS education online on youtube; various teachers Sir GB prominent. Your core concepts must be strong. FAST entrance test, unlike NTS rigorously tests your skills on new and interesting problems, evaluates how responsive you are and how well you manage your time.Buy GMAT and SAT and attempt math problems you would love them. Also buy yourself all four A levels D Mathematics if you are an F-Scian. I hope you would make it fine. My brother didn’t allow me to join any academy even when I insisted. And I thank him now.Happy preparationGood luck for the test!

What kind of advice do you think a survivor of the Great Depression might give younger adults today?

If you cant afford to pay cash then you cant afford it. The people that lost everything did so because they over extended themselves in the market and it trickled down. We have created the same thing with the current market because people are way over extended and the only people making money are the filthy rich and brokers.

Also dont vote for a president that uses the word awesome to describe everything. Bush is sucha putzs!

Please advice me how to extend my drug testing time at TLC & exempt me from paying $200 as penalty.?

I live in NY having DV visa in 2004. During my staying in NY I got TLC (New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission). Anyway, the first time after staying in New York I have come to Bangladesh, my birth place to visit my parents & other family members. Yesterday I suddenly got an information from my roommate in NY that TLC officially informed me to do my annual drug test within 03.02.2007 & it is a must. Otherwise, My license will be suspended until I demonstrate compliance. Furthermore, If I take drug test 30 days or more after my anniversary date, I must also pay a $200 penalty to have my suspension lifted.
But I wish to go NY after 15th March, 2007 as my parents want me to get married this week. So please advice me how to extend my testing time & exempt from paying $200 as penalty.

Should I pay the Walmart fine for shoplifting now or wait until my court date?

I was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart a few weeks ago. It was under $50, so I was charged with a class C misdemeanor. I responded to my citation by pleading not guilty so I could hire an attorney to help me choose my best options before changing my plea to guilty. My court date is in August, but I also got a letter from Walmart titled "Asset Protection Recovery" that says I owe them $200 by the end of next week.
What I'm worried is that, if I pay the fine, will that affect my trial at all? Since they technically haven't proven me guilty yet, does paying this fine tell the court that I am guilty, and will I get in trouble for it? Or does this fine have no influence on what happens to me in court?
I have the money to pay this fine, but that's about all I have. I've been saving since the incident to hire an attorney, so if I pay the fine, I'll have to start back from $0 to get an attorney on my case. I still have two months left, but I'd rather hire an attorney sooner than later so that he/she can help me with this situation that my dumb *** got myself in. Basically, can I get away with not paying this fine by the date, or at least not paying it until I plead guilty? Or will they still come after me even though I haven't been convicted yet?
Serious answers please. I already feel bad enough about this situation as it is, and I haven't stepped foot in a Walmart since then until I can 100% trust myself around their products, just to prove that I'm changing for the better. I'm just trying to think of the most logical step to take next.
Thanks for all the help.

PS. I live in Texas, if that means anything regarding this particular case.

I received the speeding violation pa.c.s 3362 sub sec a31. ?

I do not believe there is a statutory right in PA to plead guilty and not receive the points. Generally that is an arrangement that you would work out with the Assistant District Attorney when you went to court. PA's vehicle code is found in title 75 of the consolidated statues. So you would want to do a google search of 75 PaCS 3362. I looked at the text and did not find a subsection a31 on the statute. The sections concerning points are going to be found in 75 PaCS 1500 et seq. (1500 and counting). I was not able to find a public source of this information, but maybe you would be able to.

I am not an attorney and please do not consider this to be legal advice, please consult an attorney licensed in PA for proper legal information.
